Been coming to Nantucket for over 30 years and GypSea is the best breakfast on the island. Very high quality food, friendly service. Nice outdoor setting at Childrens beach. Love it.

Perfect little spot to grab breakfast and lunch and also dog friendly! Server immediately notified us that dogs were welcomed and gave us a free water bowl and pup cup for our puppy! Food was outstanding and came out quickly, the lemonade and ice tea were fantastic as well.

GypSea Café in Nantucket is a great spot for breakfast. We enjoyed a coffee, acai bowl, breakfast sandwich, and a potatoes medley-all of which were delicious. The food was fresh and satisfying, and the friendly staff made the experience even better. It's a cozy, laid-back place that's perfect for starting your day on the island. Very kid friendly.

What a terrific find for exceptional omelettes; açaí bowls, fruit. Fresh coffee ☕️ and a wonderful setting by Children’s Beach. My new go to breakfast spot on Nantucket.
By the way; David who runs this location, is a great host as well as the entire attentive staff. 5 Stars from our group of four.

This restaurant is a winner! Great counter service, very tasty food and a priceless view of the harbor, adjacent to Childrens Beach. Breakfast and lunch menu features all the classics and you're sure to have trouble deciding what to choose. Don’t miss it!

Visiting Nantucket this weekend and we saw GypSea as a breakfast option. It’s set right on a children’s beach with beautiful harbor views. For breakfast I got the western omelette, with potato medley home fries and the best toast, and my friend got the egg white pesto sandwich on a brioche bun. Both were 10/10. The woman at the register was a peach and Dave was friendly while checking on all of us. We got to try their cranberry orange muffin which was so tasty! Flavorful, moist, with real cranberries and orange chunks - a perfect muffin. I got the unsweetened ice tea and a splash of homemade lemonade. We left satisfied and full bellies for a full day of adventuring on Nantucket! We will be back!
