Love, Love LOLA ACK! Chic, fun, and full of energy — everyone was super friendly. From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. The music was loud, but why not? People were waving their napkins and dancing in their chairs — we joined in and even made new friends! The managers were always checking to make sure everyone was having a great dinner and a good time.
The first time we visited, we sat in the tent — perfect for large parties like our group of 10. Lots of space and a great vibe. The second time, we didn’t have a reservation but scored a high-top table — also perfect! Lily and Maria kept us laughing, eating, and drinking. (Tequila selection is good)We loved it so much. The sushi was excellent, too.
The only cons: The line to the bathroom was long — felt bad for the people sitting near it. It’s definitely not a spot for kids (maybe early when they open, but still no high chairs or kids’ menu). And if you’re looking for a quiet dinner, this is not the place for you.
Can’t wait to be back.

Omg the sushi here is unbelievable!!! Also the caramel desert was out of this world!
I am happy to see Gavi villa Sparina on the menu - that’s my favorite wine.
Thank you Stefan and Gio for a great service
I'm sorry but after a while all these expensive restaurants out here in Nantucket start to taste the same

We dined @ Lola 41 twice during our week in Nantucket. First time we sat at the bar and were easily seated without a reservation second time we waited for a table with reasonable 30 min wait. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Great cocktails - everything we ordered was superb - Lola 41 burger ( fois gras sauce was amazing), shrimp fried rice, bulgogi, and chicken lettuce wraps. We will definitely come back on our next trip.

This place has great food, offers take out but strangely only gives it to certain people. I called once they told me they aren’t doing take out. This was after five so they practically just opened . I said okay I’ll just go sit and have my meal. To my surprise when I got there multiple people walked in and out with take out from the time I sat down until I left. That was like a month ago. Tonight I called and I was told the same thing again. When I asked the excuse was if manager approved they will do take out?? Like huh if it is manager approved why is it even offered ? My three stars for service is mainly because the people that served me when I did go were great. But may be not offer take at all of it needs to be suspiciously regulated.

Whoever answers the phone is down right rude and unpleasant. I believe she may have been French. Awful representation of the company! Lola Palm Beach staff is far more professional and pleasant!

I’ve eaten here several times and it always exceeds my expectations. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is very lively. Remind you of a club or restaurant you would see in posh Miami but with the Naples vibe definitely will be back eat outside if you can it’s great.

ASSAULTED BY A DRUNK. MANAGER RUDE, DEMEANING, BELLIGERENT. I NEARLY HAD TO CALL POLICE! Anthony the manager was demeaning and verbally abusive, displaying a level of professional immaturity, the likes of which I have NEVER encountered anywhere in Palm Beach. Not only does he lack the skills to handle drunk guests but he has a “woke”mindset with tremendous resentment toward anyone he perceives to be of wealth, higher education and/or privilege which is the majority of palm beach residents. A man drinking at the outside bar was wobbling while walking in the direction of our table. He suddenly crashed our table (located under the veranda some distance from the bar). Not only did everything on our table fall to the floor with breaking glass everywhere, but one leg of the table collapsed, causing the table top to bend down and slam onto my knee which was underneath the table. 3 servers were solely focused on helping this drunken guest get up, completely ignoring my requests for a manager regarding my knee which was in pain. After numerous requests, Anthony who is supposedly the manager showed up very defensive, aggressive and belligerent. I wanted a record of the incident along with his contact information due to my knee pain. Not only did Anthony never once apologize, he also refused to give me his name (which I only learned of later) or his contact info. Anthony repeatedly and falsely claimed, without any medical knowledge, that the drunk had a stroke even though it was obvious that he had been drinking too much, stating he was more concerned for the drunk who crashed our table. Yet, no one at the restaurant called an ambulance and just let the drunk walk out of the restaurant in his “poor” condition. When I attempted to video the damaged table, Anthony forcefully held the fallen table top up with his hand, trying to block me from taking images of the damage. He then shouted at us “you need to leave and don’t never come back.” It was only when I threatened to call the police to file an assault and injury report did Anthony calm down a little. My friend who was a witness and happens to be a litigation attorney pointed out that it was obvious that Anthony was trying to cover up the restaurant’s incompetence i.e. allowing unsupervised drunks to roam the restaurant risking bodily harm to other guests. They even let the same drunk they were concerned about leave the restaurant unsupervised without calling an ambulance despite claiming he had a stroke. Towards the end, the owner showed up and immediately Anthony went on good behavior. It was obvious how skilled he is at manipulating the owner. The owner offered to cover our check. Since they had already ran our credit card through before the drunk man crashed our table, we had to ask Anthony to void the credit card charges. The owner had left and Anthony reverted to his previously rude and demeaning behavior stating: “So you want a free meal!” I have been a loyal customer, dining at Lola 41 for the last 4 years since they opened. I have never seen such abuse of authority and exploitation of guests as was witnessed from Anthony. He gives lola 41 and the white elephant hotel (which is part of the same property) a bad name. Needless to say, we will not be returning and intend to share our experience with all of our friends who dine here. In writing this review, I was shocked at how many similar complaints of “rude, insulting and demeaning” staff I came across on review sites like TripAdvisor, google, yelp, appointment-trader regarding Lola 41. Anthony’s extreme professional immaturity sets a poor example for the other restaurant help, sending the message that it is okay for staff to mistreat guests. The hotel ownership is completely out of touch with what is going on with lola 41 who apparently is their tenant. The restaurant’s reputation had deteriorated over the years. Only a handful of restaurants in palm beach are able to maintain high standards as the years pass. It is often a matter of time before most of them go downhill usually due to t
