We had the best drinks at the bar with Tony and Marty. They were kind and personable. So attentive and we felt like they were our friends. Go here for a great cocktail and conversation. You will not be disappointed

Good food and quick service. A bit over priced in my opinion but everything was delicious.

We had a delightful server. She was engaging and welcoming. The food was excellent. It stops there .... it was so noisey that we could not hear each other and that ruined our interest in the restaurant. The tile ceiling should be replaced and soften the floor with noise absorbent carpet. We won't be back.

The Tuna Tostados was beautifully presented and tasty. The chicken was cooked to perfection, and the portion was generous. They back patio is one of the best feature right in the heart of Main Street, perfect for brunching.

Cute place! Food was just ok - small portions and not super flavorful. The drinks were also lacking in flavor, especially given the price.

Great ambience outside. Server kept trying to push us to very expensive items and deter us what we were trying to order. soup was decent, presentation was very nice.

Outstanding in every respect. Generous Caesar, Duck for two, Cheesecake. Friendly, attentive service. Could not ask for more.

Went for brunch on our anniversary. My meal arrived cold and was quickly replaced. We had the tuna appetizer, steak and eggs, and eggs benedict. Everything was delicious! Our server was lackluster, but the hostess picked up his slack. Our high top in the front window provided a fabulous view.

My favorite place to eat on Nantucket on a sunny day is Or, the Whale's patio. 3 of my friends from the Cape and I had lunch there and loved the experience. The patio was comfortable, relaxing, and even though it was filled with customers it wasn't loud. Our waiter was great, brought our drinks right out, followed shortly by our lunches. My 3 friends had the chicken sandwich served with lots of fries. They commented that it was good although very messy to eat and they didn't seem to like the coffee mayo (maybe too spicy). I had a really unusual fall salad with beets and spaghetti squash (!) that was very good, although it could have done without the fried egg. Overall the food was very good but the ambience was great. We all "escaped" with tabs just under $40 (no one had alcohol) so not bad at all.

The service was friendly and efficient. However, interior is very dark and the music is extremely loud. The Caesar Salad was terrible but the steak and polenta fries were delicious. Overpriced for the quality of the food.

Visited The Whale for brunch and the menu was an excellent brunch menu and the food was excellent.

We had to send back our eggs benedict. They came to us cold. We had to send it back for a new one which was somewhat disruptive with our small group. Also the english muffin that was used was very inferior. It was not a typical thomas' muffin, it was almost cake like. We picked this restaurant due to the great brunch we had the prior year and we were disapointed.
