Cozy, relaxed spot for a good meal. Service was friendly, attentive but not pretentious. Crab cake appetizer and local scallop dinner were great. Very nice old fashioned cocktail.

Queequeg's is small but mighty as Matt mentioned. Very Cosy environment and the staff was wonderful. We enjoyed the food am, the drinks and the dessert (the chocolate lava cake did not disappoint). We would definitely go here again.

Food was very good as was the service. Large portion sizes and good prices. I had the fried chicken sandwich and it was very good.

I am a little bit surprised by all the positive comments. I found the food was greasy and not fresh. My clam chawder was from a box since it had a weird taste and my son's fries were so tiny, there only was fried oil around a small piece of potato.
My tuna tartare was very small (good however) but it was really expensive ! But I think it comes along Nantucket's craziness... And cherry on the cake : the woman Who served us (I guess the boss) was not really friendly. I don't know if she had a problem that day but it was not really nice as a customer.
If you are a true lover of fresh seafood : run away.

Food was good, particularly enjoyed the cauliflower bites and chicken dumplings. Drinks were good too.

The shrimp scampi was great! Now for the rest. We got seated at a wobbly table. The service was great at the start. The short ribs were bland but with great presentation. When it started raining, the gutter behind me started running over, dropping right down my back. I was hoping to pay and get out of there, but our waitress was catching up with her friend by the payment terminal with my bill in her hand.

We did a lot of research to figure out where we wanted to have dinner while on Nantucket and we were very glad we settled on Queequeg’s. We originally had reservations for 6 but a few hours before that we asked if we could shift to 7 and they accommodated us which we appreciate.

Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We were allowed the time to have a cocktail and peruse the menu with no pressure. The waiter highly recommended the beef bolognese and the short ribs and he was right in recommending it. Both were excellent. We also did the lava cake with ice cream for dessert and it was terrific.

Had a great late lunch with my son today. Buttermilk fried chicken and sauces were awesome! Really good pimento cheese…really good. Slaw, hot sauce and some secret sauce that was really good. Can’t wait to have dinner here!

My parents told me that if you can't say something good about a person, place or thing.....do not say anything at all. Enough said!!

Small but mighty - this place has a humble and homey feel but the food and service is top notch. Must make a reservation. We tried several items off the menu and everything exceeded our expectations. Being a small restaurant, make sure you communicate with the staff if you’re going to be early/late or can’t make your reservation. We will absolutely be back!Pro tip - “Town” next door is owned by same people and has the same menu.

It was a really cold night but this place provided all the comfort and warmth we needed. Becky took wonderful care of us and accommodated all of our requests. I think the entrance door needs a better strategy for the approaching winter so that the cold doesn't blast in at every person getting in or out. We love this place! Thank you for a beautiful night to remember!
