The Beet offered a nice relaxed vibe in a small, intimate setting that perfectly met my wife and I's needs while on vacation. We stopped in for a drink and got an order of rotis with some sort of spread that I regret not noting down. But the rotis were hot and delicious and the spread was tangy and creamy. It went perfect with my beer and my wifeMs Beet Limeade. This is definitely with a stop while in Nantucket.

Great eclectic menu for dine in or take out. One of the best lobster roles on island! A salad-lovers must.

Went on a Wed. night and enjoyed everything about the experience-our server, the food, including the beneigs, fabulous rose’ and phenomenal playlist! You won’t be disappointed!

What a Nantucket gem. My husband was skeptical, but eventually went with the Hokey Pokey. I ordered The Hulk. Both sleds were hearty, super yummy and very fresh. Fun to watch the workers in the open kitchen. Wish we would have started with an order of beets, but in the end, it would have been too much food for lunch. Next time!

We really enjoyed the salads that we ordered but the best dish was the beef quesadilla. The service good and quite fast

The Beet is great for a really healthy lunch or dinner. It's easy to order from and either eat there or take out. They have a creative array of dishes and the food is always very good. Highly Recommend.

Went for a late lunch on a weekday. My husband and I shared the dumpling appetizer and each got a bowl ("the hulk" and the Sichuan broccoli + tofu) plus small glasses of beet limeade and iced tea. Our total came out to nearly 100$ once factoring in the "kitchen appreciation fee" and standard 20% gratuity. Food was decent but mostly inexpensive filler items (barely any filling in the dumplings and more rice than any other ingredients in the bowls). For a non-alcoholic, entirely vegetarian lunch with a shared app, the cost is bonkers. Service was nondescript... not bad but not particularly welcoming nor friendly. Appreciate the healthful concept but the execution and expense make this a spot we won't be returning to.

Vicky, the food runner was very nice. She always check us more than the server. I’ve only seen our server twice. Food was good. Pancit needed more flavor. It was bland for a pancit IMO

Several vegan options. I got the hulk salad it was really tasty and I'm not a huge salad fan. Gave us a wait time that was really off from what it ended up being, otherwise good service.

We stopped in at 5pm for an early dinner before the comedy festival. We were lucky to get a table because the small dining room filled up quickly with people who had made reservations. I loved the Hokey Pokey bowl with ahi tuna. Reasonable price for Nantucket, and you can add more protein to your bowl for additional charge. The small starter of sesame cucumber was tasty but not really big enough for 3 people to share. If you are looking for a quick meal of fresh, healthy ingredients, prepared in sn open kitchen, this is a good choice. Not fast food, but not fine dining either.

Steps from the ferry and next to the movie theatre, the Beet offers up great fresh ingredients and a surprisingly good wine & drinks menu. The place is tiny, however, and we noticed a LOT of lunchtime takeout orders, so it's really not a place to linger. The open kitchen and focused kitchen staff does a great job banging out orders. We went for lunch two days in a row.

Just stopped in for a takeout drink. I wanted a little flavor in my ice tea so it became 1/2 beet lemonade 1/2 ice tea. It was refreshing and also pretty. The food looked all amazing.
