Try the Oysters Rockefeller. Not the classic you might be used to, but it's about time someone improved on creamed spinach. The Nduja and caviar with the roasted oysters is fantastic. Don't turn your nose up at the Chicken as being too plain a dish. I generally don't order what I can cook as well at home and thought that about chicken. Big mistake. This is excellent - moist inside with crispy skin outside accompanied by succulent mushrooms in a buttery jus, with al dente haricots verts. The service is top notch.

An excellent choice when on Nantucket. Right in the heart of town. A simple menu that has something for everyone. The lobster-corn chowder was excellent, as was the halibut.

We had a nice quiet booth for two. Service was excellent and the food was very good. We had a generous portion of calamari and tasty tomato and mozzarella for appetizers. I enjoyed the roast chicken and my husband liked his striped bass. Wine was Nantucket pricey. One little thing-I ordered prosecco and it was served in a wine glass.

Food was excellent, as was the service. Warm rolls, with a soft, sweet herbed butter set the tone. Split a salad, then entrees came quickly, but not too quickly, which was just the right amount of time, for conversation between courses. Ordered the Striped Bass and Bouillabaisse entrees, paired with bottle of the less expensive Sancerre wine. OK wine list with a broad price range. Split a strawberry shortcake dessert, that was obviously from scratch shortcake and freshly whipped cream. Well done, Club Car.

We were given a booth in the very back staring straight into the bathrooms. Horrible, horrible design and location within the restaurant. First course were okay. Bouillabaisse was tasteless — not easy to achieve — steak was mediocre and the cake was dry. The very cold and large martinis almost made up for it — but not quite: the view onto the loo was just too much for the lovely waitress and cold martinis to compensate for.
All the food was outstanding. The service was attentive but not intrusive. We went early, 5:30, and it was relatively empty so quiet. As the Club Car filled up the noise rose to moderate but not to the point where you couldn't hear. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The Club Car can ALWAYS be counted on for a delicious meal. We've never been disappointed! Last night I had the best meal I've ever had on the island and I've been to all the best restaurants. I had the skirt steak. Perfectly done.
