The Nautilus is a popular restaurant with a great menu and terrific staff. The Crab rice and steam bun duck are must-try dishes, along with the crab fried rice which customers dream about until their next visit. The poke bowl and pork bao buns are also favorites. The atmosphere is lively, with delicious cocktails like the tequila mockingbird and a good wine selection by the glass. The appetizers, such as street corn and Scalia pancakes, and entrees like Dan dan pork noodles and chicken, are delicious. While some dishes can be hit or miss, the service is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful. The bar offers a fun, casual vibe with first-come-first-serve seating. Overall, a nice dining experience with fantastic food and cocktails, though reservations can be hard to get.
