Where do I start, waited 25 minutes after the time of our reservation to be served, waited for 50 minutes for our “large plate of crab fried rice” to show up, and then when it did it was such a small portion that we finished it in like 4 minutes. We had been a few months back and the portions were extremely large so clearly they have started to cheap out. they also got rid of their dessert menu. Sad because the food was good but the portions and service was awful and definitely not worth the time and money when there are so many good nearby options, don’t waste your time seriously. It was also extremely crammed and dark inside and too loud to have a decent conversation, worst dining experience I’ve ever had here by far.

Staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating to our party. We were there celebrating a birthday and felt very unwelcome. It’s a shame because we were so excited to get a reservation and celebrate, but were overall disappointed.

Great food and special place. Reservations go in seconds but if you’re able to get a table it’s worth it. Only issue is they let people waiting o for walk in tables wait in the middle of the restaurant and have drinks which makes it painfully loud in the restaurant. We had to basically scream to speak to each other and the waiters serving food and drinks have to navigate around this huge group of people on the middle of the restaurant. There was a 30 min wait on our food between starts and mains and given how loud it is, it just unfortunately takes away from the lovely dining experience. I genuinely have a sore throat today from trying to speak in the restaurant!!

The hostess Devan at the Nautilus restaurant regardless of whether or not you get seated, is so sweet. It’s a tough place because so many people want to eat here, but she truly made the experience so lovely and it was really appreciated.

I would recommend a reservation, but we just walked in around 9 PM. Had to wait about 20 minutes and then they were able to give us a seat. It’s small, but the drinks were incredible, service was great and the food and vibe was incredible. Blue crab fried rice and mini oyster taco appetizers were both 10 out of 10.
