We love going to Ventuno. Atmosphere is vibrant and joyful. Food always good, scallop and chicken dish were tasty. Our waiter Jamay was outstanding. Professional attention without being intrusive. Highly recommend.

The cute refurbished home is a great Italian restaurant on the island. 10/10 recommend. The food was delicious and fresh. Put this place on your list of places to eat at when you’re visiting the island.

Delicious Italian food on a charming patio. A memorable dinner in Nantucket. A bit pricy, but this is Nantucket!

We have been coming to Nantucket for the last 10 years. I have dined here 3 times. A majority of my party are vegetarians so we tend to eat at italian resteraunts. The service here has always been a challange. The food has been going down in quality and up in price. We recently came there to celebrate the 13th birthday of my neice. We had a party of 10. They could not accomadate us inside so we sat outside. Just FYI , outside is a bar scene with plastic chairs and picinic table. We decided to leave since they could not take us inside and the outside was empty. We still were charged for 50$ per reservation and they did not care.

I’ve been here for dinner and separately just for drinks and have really enjoyed all my visits here. They serve quality Italian food and service was excellent. The meatballs, Caesar salad, mushroom pasta and halibut were all delicious.
They also have a great outside back bar for grabbing drinks and being social.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pasta.

Our visit started off good but it slowly deteriorated. Your menu listed upon your website is not the current menu. One party member set her heart on the Quadrefiore al Aragosta which was listed on the online menu.
We ordered apps and food. Be aware the apps are tiny. When we received our food, one meal was wrong. Oops. So everyone else got to eat while one person’s meal was delayed. The waiter never came over to apologize. The late meal was not what was indicated on the menu.
The family next to us had been waiting for an hour for their meals. One meal was wrong for them. They sent it back, shared one meal and then left very frustrated.
The bill we received was wrong. The waiter had charged us for the wrong meal and the replacement meal.
The waiter did not come to the table and ask us how our meals were.

The food at best was below average. Ordered lobster and pasta. Lobster amounted to about a tablespoon of chopped pieces of a small claw. Essentially flavorless. Charged $56 for the dish. The atmosphere is loud and somewhat rowdy. The service was very good. Appears that the food quality suffers from cutting corners to make more profit.

Top 1% of restaurants in terms of ambience. Food was amazing and authentic Italian. One gripe I did have though is that there were drunk people at the bar from a wedding and they would put their drinks on our table in the middle of our dinner. The restaurant needs to do a better job or anything not letting in blackout drunk people.
You will be charged for bread. I would skip the spicy tequila drink here as it wasn’t that good. Still a positive dining experience.

The food was mediocre at best. I would not go here. The pastas tasted watered down and lacked flavor.

You could not go wrong with anything you pick! The lamb was THE BEST I've ever had, and I've had a lot of good lamb. It was so buttery and soft. The atmosphere was cozy with what looked like featured artwork on the walls.
If you don’t know how to pronounce al dente…this isn’t your place. Longtime Nantucket resident and I can wholeheartedly say this is where I’ve found my (second) home. If you are lucky enough, please make sure you either have Ty, Matty, Taylor, or old man Hook make you drinks. Great pizza spot out back ran by Elio. Amazing menu—don’t miss out. Pauls on deck.

I have come to Nantucket Island multiple times, but this was my first time coming to the outside bar at Ventuno. Being a bartender myself I am always looking for a good vibe and friendly service and let me tell you that Javier was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does he make killer drinks, but he has such an amazing charisma. You will feel like you’ve known him your entire life by the way he goes out of his way for you. I highly recommend coming here if you appreciate great drinks and an even better atmosphere. Thank you Javier and Ventuno for making our honeymoon unforgettable we will be back and I will shout this place from the rooftops!
