Quality of the food has gone down. Smaller portions and increased prices. Could be me, but the food taste more like it’s just defrosted and no longer taste like it is freshly made. Overpriced now for what you actually receive.
Food was executed mostly well, only some of roasted chicken a bit dried out & old and there was very little chicken on one sandwich. (Maybe 1oz max)
Tables and floor were clean.
Most of booths had one person camped in a four person booth, there all day with outside food and beverages. (And a messy/dirty)
Drink area is well maintained.

I like having my early morning coffee in Natick. It is always fresh thank you for all the active and nice peoples starting early every morning to let us enjoying our morning coffee especially Jacky with her smile working hard to make everyone’s morning full of energy and happiness
