I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado egg sandwich and when I opened up the sandwich there were a few scraps of chicken. I requested to speak to a manager and no manager was there and they all told me if I wanted more chicken I had to pay for it.
Let me preface this by saying I have never been to this location as I live in Arizona. Imagine my surprise when I get an email stating I have a rapid order ready for pickup at this location. I open my app and sure enough someone used my giftcard balance to purchase food. I immediately called and the employee confirmed I had an order and passed me to the manager. She immediately canceled my order with a refund and told me the steps to prevent this from happening again. Kudos to...
