Out of all of the Five Guys locations here in Boston, this location in Natick is my absolute favorite place!!! I love it here!!!! The staff here are very friendly, energetic, and all really awesome people!!! The food is so delicious too!! This is the only place that has gotten my order right every time I’m here!! If you love a delicious burger and fries, I highly recommend this Five Guys location!!!!
I have been coming here over a year now and the night staff here are the best. Restaurant is clean. The older gentleman and the mama lady, Blanca works so hard while smiles at you each and every time! Thank you so much for your hospitality while we get our Five Guys fixed! Management please take care of this people and the day you loose them you loose us too. Thank you!

Five Guys offers excellent food, including their famous fries and a good hamburger with toppings upon request. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing excellent chips in large portions of good quality. However, it has limited vegetarian options. While the food quality is always high, service can be just okay to not great. The person taking the order doesn't always speak English well, leading to potential frustration when placing an order. It is best to speak very slowly and use exact language from the menu, as mistakes can still happen. Presentation can break the anticipation of a decent meal, as it is common for the stores to dump items into the bag, including extra fries. It's recommended to check the order before leaving, as the no-frills presentation is part of the experience.
