This is a sub-par location. Look twice before you commit to buying from them. We walked out before finishing our order and went to Framingham. The food was clearly old and reheated and the prep area was unclean. The dining area was also very dirty. There was plenty of staff (who milled around chatting in their native language rather than working) but none were servicing the facility properly. We will not return.
Been to plenty of Chipotles and generally love it. BUT this franchise consistently runs out of food and poor service with attitude. Not everyone but overall the worst Chipotle I've been to
Food is below average in chipotle standard, doesn’t taste fresh at all, but worse of all, the restaurant is extremely dirty, honestly it made the food taste dirty, too. Like it’s worse than fast food restaurant in SF where there is homeless guy in the restroom, and this chipotle’s dining area is even worse than that restaurant

The service has improved, with polite and friendly staff providing excellent customer care. While the atmosphere could benefit from some enhancements, such as occasionally cleaner tables and functioning restroom facilities, this location captures the essence of the Chipotle experience. The only drawback is the inability to purchase a quesadilla as a standalone item, as it is now offered as part of a package deal. Overall, this Chipotle restaurant provides a satisfying dining experience for those seeking flavorful food and good service.
