I was a loyal customer for years because I really like the pizza, but I'm done with them now. The service is just too bad. Here is what has happened now multiple times: I order a pizza for the family (2 kids with a 8pm bedtime). They say the pizza will be 45 minutes. An hour passes. I call them and they say sorry, the delivery guy is leaving now and will be 15 or 20 more minutes. Half hour passes, still no pizza. Now I'm screwed because it is looking like we won't have dinner in time for the kids to be in bed. I tell them to cancel the order. I go get Wendy's and when i get home the pizza shows up. I kid you not, this scenario has played out multiple times, and in addition there have been many orders that were simply a half hour late. I really don't know why I have put up with this service for so long, but not any more.

This place is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to in the area. First the place is disgusting. There is dirt and grime everywhere. The food can't be sanitary. Second, the service here is horrible. It takes 30 minutes to get a fast food hot dog, while you're in the restaurant !?!? How is that? Not to mention anything else you may try to order - even the pizza took forever. Ordering for delivery takes 2+ hours. We placed an order and after an hour called to see where the delivery was and they said it was on it's way. Then they called back 15 minutes later to say, oops it hadn't gone out yet, but they would give us a free PEPSI !! ;-). This place should not be in business. Sorry. I'm still trying to figure out how it can have a majority of 1 posts and still have a 3 rating? Google?
