I was quite excited for the pineapple fried rice, but unfortunately was disappointed in it. The seasoning/powder they use on it was just very overpowering. Almost as if they just doused it in curry powder and with every scoop of the spoon, you get a nice big whiff of it. The mango chicken fared much better, just sweet enough for me and added much balance to the plain veggies that I got as well. 5 stars considering this is a mall food court restaurant.Pad thai was good for mall food, rice was nice, meats were well done.The tofu dish was surprisingly good as well.Looking at the other options in the food court I would highly recommend this one.

Large amount of food for a good price. The flavor is great and the texture is perfect. I don’t like hard rice/noodles or overcooked chicken which happens a lot with some Chinese/Thai food places. Ruby Thai always get it right!
