Theo's has been a Natick staple for many years. The food is fabulous, and the prices are fair. The new owners are working really hard to learn regular's orders and are doing a great job. They have my business and awesome broccoli and spinach pizza.
Was great ….now not so much….Hadn’t been here in a while. Sub was not toasted (as asked) and giant pieces of pickle and lettuce made it hard to eat. Previously pickles were chopped and lettuce shredded (perfect in a sub). I saw in another review that the previous owners retired - I miss Anastasia at the counter and she kept the boys in line 😉.
Under New Ownership - Initially after the new ownership transfer everything was great, portions, quality, and the service was great.
We ordered their take out last night and the chicken fingers and chicken wings were substantially smaller in size, like 35% minimally smaller, the pizza was just OK compared to weeks ago. I’m hopeful that it was just a bad night for them, especially since we are close in proximity but I must admit things weren’t up to the standard that I’m used to there.
The previous owners Louie, Anastasia, and their children Jimmy and Angela always ran a tight operation.
Best Greek style pizza
Great tasting food
Theo’s is so good. The Buffalo chicken calzone is easily the best in town, and the best I’ve ever had in my life.
The food is amazing, but the service is also fantastic. It’s quick and efficient, and everything is made with care. The guy who usually takes orders - his name is Victor (I believe he is the manager) - is genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life.
Can’t recommend this place enough, it’s a great local business that you should support.
Absolutely delicious Italian grinder. Price and size couldn't beat it 12 bucks well worth it ? highly recommend

disappointed but not surprised
went to this little hole in le wall and ordered an eggplant parm and then a kids tenders and fries. The prices were reasonable and my eggplant parm was… okay.
We then waited 30 minutes (no exaggeration) for a 3 piece kids tenders and fries. Also, there were always 1 or 2 people in the store when we were in here so it’s not like they were busy and so could give them some leeway about le wait. 30 minutes for a kids meal is pretty crazy when no one was sitting down and there were more chefs in the kitchen than customers. (Another note: the fries were bad, I mean how could you screw up fries??) LOL
I finished my food before my friend who had to eat without me, I mean you’d think the kids meal would come first. We definitely expected more from this place and don’t plan on coming back anytime soon ??
