Theo's has been a Natick staple for many years. The food is fabulous, and the prices are fair. The new owners are working really hard to learn regular's orders and are doing a great job. They have my business and awesome broccoli and spinach pizza.
Was great ….now not so much….Hadn’t been here in a while. Sub was not toasted (as asked) and giant pieces of pickle and lettuce made it hard to eat. Previously pickles were chopped and lettuce shredded (perfect in a sub). I saw in another review that the previous owners retired - I miss Anastasia at the counter and she kept the boys in line 😉.
Under New Ownership - Initially after the new ownership transfer everything was great, portions, quality, and the service was great.
We ordered their take out last night and the chicken fingers and chicken wings were substantially smaller in size, like 35% minimally smaller, the pizza was just OK compared to weeks ago. I’m hopeful that it was just a bad night for them, especially since we are close in proximity but I must admit things weren’t up to the standard...
