Kristen with Forklift did a wonderful job with our wedding. The food was delicious and the drinks were great, but the thing that stood out most was how friendly and excellent all of the bartenders and other staff were that joined us. She was communicative and had wonderful attention to detail throughout the planning process, and we received many comments on how great the food and drinks were from a variety of guests.
My team worked with Forklift on catering a large client appreciation event this spring. We really appreciated everything the whole staff did to help keep things running smoothly at every step, from early planning advice to helping us pack up after the event.
