Ordered pickup, 3 burgers. All were great, and exactly what I needed and envisioned. The kids were silent until they were done eating, so that speaks volumes to what they thought. Fries were good, overall a very high quality feel and meal for a very reasonable price point/

I recently moved to the area and have been dying for a burger for the past couple of days. I came across Back Door Burgers and decided to order. I got the burger of the month and my bf got the Buttonwood Burger. Both were absolutely delicious and we will be ordering again.

Bought my extremely picky mother The Brooklawn burger (all-beef patty, Swiss cheese, caramelized onions & bacon jam with accompanying waffle fries), and she absolutely devoured it. That’s the highest compliment I can give.

Sometimes you can walk into the restaurant, not a soul in sight for 20 minutes, sometimes you can place a DoorDash order and it won’t be confirmed for 20-40 minutes, but that food is REALLY

When I showed up to pick up my food , it was sat behind the counter for well over 10 minutes before someone even came out for me to pay. The food was terrible. The burgers were so salty it hurt my throat. The fries were okay at best, 25$ for two burgers and some fries. Not a terrible price but licking salt from my palm would have been more palatable

Food was really good. Service was hilariously terrible. Need to get the door fixed or it’s going to shatter.

ministry. one year review Still no beans on menu, waiting time is still horrible food so so do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's.

Enjoyed my experience. The Beyond meat burger was amazing. Loved the spicy waffles and onion rings with the boom boom sauced. Definitely would go back again. Place was cold and needed some heat.Vegetarian options: Beyond the meat burger, waffles fries, onions and Caesar Salad. Also, they have fried Oreos.

Food was AMAZING! It is not a table service environment. Service depended on me ringing a doorbell which I was not expecting. Once the bell was rang service was quick and polite. Ordered take out that came with my fine in order.

Took my order in person at 9:05 was told 5-10 mins later the grill was down so no food, and it took them another 10 mins to refund me, the employee said the manager was too busy texting to deal with me personally. garbage customer service.

The worst experience I ever had. We weren't even served and had to leave. The waitress threw menus on the table and didn't even speak. Left the table and went behind the station and didn't ask us for our order.

I would imagine this place would be good if you could actually get service, but the employee doesn't ever seem to be in the restaurant

First visit.Had the Plain Jane fried Chicken sandwich with bacon. It was very good. Making plans for another visit soon. Can't speak for atmosphere as I did take out. From what I saw, there's plenty of seating and when outdoors you are next to the harbor.Parking: Many spots around the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp

We found ourselves in that vague space between "not really being hungry" and "knowing it would be hours before we had a chance to eat again," so we decided to grab a quick burger before our evening event. We'd seen a sign at our hotel for Back Door Burger (BDB) and thought we'd give it a shot. BDB runs out of a small room on the back side of a lovely restaurant called Merrill's on the Waterfront. We discerned pretty quickly that BDB also shared their kitchen. Finding our way around the building was a bit more challenging than I expected. There was little signage and NO discernible entrance until you got completely around the building to the rear, but our persistence paid off and we finally found it. On entry we were surprised to see not a single person in the dining room. In fact, the young lady at the counter seemed surprised when we said we were going to dine in. (I suspect most of their business runs through DoorDash or Uber Eats as there were a couple of to go pick ups while we were there.)We each ordered a Build Your Own Burger and an order of onion rings to share. The food arrived quickly, and looked beautiful, but in the end, my patty, which was ordered medium, arrived well done, and the egg I ordered ended up on my wife's burger, which was ordered well done and served that way. The components were all high in quality; the beef fresh, the veggies crisp, etc. Food quality=WIN. Order accuracy= LOSE.When not taking our order, the employee was zoned in on the television across the room, which was set to The SpongeBob Movie with the audio coming through the ceiling speakers throughout the room. She responded attentively each time we asked a question, but otherwise wasn't engaging. Then again, there wasn't really much for her to do, so I can see her developing a TV habit during work hours.I wanted to love this place-- really, I did, but the pros were outweighed by the cons, resulting in my three-star rating, which was based solely on the quality of the food items themselves. One final thing: When the SpongeBob Movie ended we were treated to the first 10-15 minutes of the Dora the Explorer Movie.
