So I guess I showed up a little too early for lunch. It was 11:25 AM. I ordered a whopper with cheese meal picked it up at the window. The lady was very nice. But when I opened the bag after I drove off and drove a couple miles away. The burger was probably cooked yesterday. It was rubber and cold. The fries had the smell of a chemical I couldn’t even describe. They were definitely burnt. I wouldn’t waste my time going here again even if they paid me back. How can you expect somebody to pay $10-$12 for a meal and give them crap.

Place is run down with ripped seats, broken tables and meh decor. Feel bad for the employees dealing with a struggling franchise owner. Used to be owned by Janis companies at one time.

Workers just standing and chatting together. Waited 20 minutes for a $7 trio. Other person was waiting longer for his food that was sitting on the heater and brought it up multiple times. Workers just said 'sorry'. He got his food and threw it out because it was cold, and the worker refused to give him his money back. Got my food, and went home only to find onion on my burger which I specifically asked for no onion, and a worker had repeated to the cook many times. They don't pay attention, and make people wait long periods of time even though their food is sitting in the heater

I ordered a honey mustard wrap no tomatoes with spicy sauce this is what I got. I use to work at bk ur supposed to use half a piece of chicken from the chicken they use for the chicken clearly this is nasty pieces from it. I don’t know who they have making these meals but I think it’s time for some changes. This happens every time I order from here it’s not that hard to make a wrap people !!! Disgusting!! Rhonda should be aware of what is going on !

Just got a bacon king sandwich from this location. 3 measly pieces of bacon on a big double cheeseburger. Don't waste your money.I'll go to wendy's for the bacon.Ator from now on, at least they give you a decent amount of bacon
The bread was squeezed plus ordered two burgers no pickles heavy onion and got the two burguers with pickles . Also the burgers were cold nothing like if were done instantly.

This place is not worth going to the food is cold the staff stand outside in the parking lot smoking weed. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and no one came to ask me if I was all set.

This store continues to screw up orders, especially mobile orders. Apparently they don’t know how to read the slips. When you try to call no one answers and they don’t put the receipt in the bag so when you go back you have no proof. The management is rude and apparently they are too good to make mistakes.
