Jessica Raposo took my order and she was very pushy when order with replies like “yup” “anything else” “you’re holding up my line”. if you are going to work in customer service don’t have an attitude with your customers when they are indecisive on what they want to eat. And on top of it all I ordered 2 meals and get 1 sweet and sour sauce, i questioned her and she simply said i have to charge you. Fairhaven is better all the way around. Thanks to Ms. Raposo you lost a customer.

My WHOLE order was wrong. I ordered chicken fries and got cold chicken nuggets. We also ordered a whopper only ketchup and cheese and it had everything on it. This isn’t the first time. The food isn’t fresh at all either. The chicken nuggets taste like they been sitting since yesterday. P.S it shouldn’t cost more for extra sauce when I shouldn’t need extra if my food wasn’t so bad.

The manager here with blonde hair often wearing her whopper jacket is outright unprofessional , I work close to this location and sometime place online orders to make it more efficient and convenient for myself . Every time I place an order here they mess it up , either forgetting something , not giving me the sauce I paid for. I was told I could only use one coupon the whole day . To my knowledge I believe it's one coupon per transaction. She needs to be replaced with someone who actually knows what they're doing and knows burger kings policy .

Delicious hearty food. But, they are guaranteed to mess up. The food is good and all, but when I order a plain cheeseburger, I get a cheeseburgers with ketchup. Sometimes they completely forger an item yet still charge you. But the food is fast and convenient. I recommend this over Mc Donald's. Stick with the small orders in this place though, since the large orders are probably gonna get screwed up. This happens with the online orders most of the time.
