I think I must have been in on a bad day, there were three costumers one eating and one after me. I ordered an espresso and a sandwich. The espresso was ice cold and none of the two at the desk could remember who ordered my sandwich. I hope they just had a bad day, anyhow I don't need to visit again.

No greeting, no eye contact, just pure ‘I hate my job’ energy from the staff. The customer service consistently misses the mark. Changing ownership won’t make a difference unless there’s also a change in staff and attitude. Also, its very unsettling seeing fruit flies all over the food in the display case.

I ordered the coconut dream smoothie. On the menu it says it has coconut water. I watched the barista add several pumps of coconut syrup and some fountain water.... that is not coconut water. I would not have ordered the $7 smoothie if I knew they were going to put that much added sugar. It tastes good, but this threw me off so much I left when I had planned to stay and do some work. Service was okay and the vibes were okay. I would not come back here.

For a great sandwich/ wrap or a smoothie Cafe Arpeggio is the place to go. I stop by frequently for lunch time sandwich or to try something new on the menu and have never been dissappointed. Food is fresh and tasty and staff are friendly and accommodating. It's a great find if you're visiting new Bedford

Cozy, good prices and decent selection of drinks. Latte's Smoothies, Coffee, Pastries, and more. Delicious. Diabetics might want to take some extra insulin, the treats are really good.

I don’t understand all of the bad reviews for this place. I order from here often and have never had an issue. I love the chicken Caeser wrap. It’s my go to order. I also really like the pasta salad that comes as a side.
I usually order through DoorDash and twice the staff as had to call me with out of stock items and they have always been kind and courtesy - they try to make it right and offer replacement options, etc.

Nasty cashier refused to give me a medium hot decaf. She said I only have enough for a small one. She asked me if that is ok bcuz its 3 : 30 and we close at 4 . I said ok since it was Valentines day and I was treating my 2 friends and did not want a arguement. Then I asked my ladyfriends want they wanted and the NASTY CASHIER kept giving me an atitude . I could not take anymore with her and I totally lost it ! I told her to forget it bcuz this is the 2nd time this has happen to me with her. I was Pissed ! I walked out telling her get a new life and a new job for u are not cut out for this. I will never go there again. There is a nice coffee shop in the DEMELLO INTERNATONIAL BUILDING WITH EXCELLENT COFFEE AND NICE STAFF. Even DUNKIN is better than FREAKEN ARPEGGIO. TOTALLY NASTY ! This was on Valentines Day at 3 : 30 . Do urself a favor go to any other coffee shop

Not only are the staff rude. The order was incorrect. How do you give me a dasher order and that order was incorrect from what they asked. And when mentioned that I also asked for this they took awhile to give it. I’ll never go here again. Sticking to the stereotype of New Bedford being ghetto and rude.

My first early morning visit, enjoyed breakfast, nice crew, place and reasonably priced. Had the opportunity for a second visit, just as enjoyable. Got to check out that menu!

I've loved this place since many eons ago and still do . I reccomend the kale soup, minestrone and/or the turkey melt sandwich , hubba hubba it's so yummy . Place is ALWAYS clean and everything I haven't tried but plan to looks scrumptious.
Parking: This location is in the Downtown area so daytime is paid parking but after 5pm is no cost .
Kid-friendliness: I see children here all the time w family.
