I hosted my daughter's October wedding in the private Taber Room upstairs, and it was absolutely perfect! Molly, the event planner, was incredible to work with - so organized, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She made the whole planning process stress-free and brought every detail to life just as I had imagined.
The service was outstanding and the food was amazing - the guests are still talking about it! The gorgeous bar had a great selection of spirits and the bartenders created the signature cocktails to perfection. Everything ran so smoothly, and the bride and groom felt so taken care of from start to finish.

Food was tasty and imaginative. Service was poor... we sat and waited for our drinks multiple times as we watched them on the bar, waiting for our server to bring them to our table for 10-15 minutes. She was busy chatting with other servers and putting on lip gloss

Made a reservation, was seated as soon as we arrived. Then we sat for almost half an hour without being greeted, completely ignored due to a large party being served. Walked out without so much as an apology. Wont be back.

We had a table for 6 and ordered several rounds of shareables for the table plus beverages. Everything thing was very good. We followed that up with deserts that also very good. They had 2 musicians playing with great mellow songs at a reasonable volume level for the size of the restaurant. Everyone in our party enjoyed the experience!
Amanda was our server, very nice & helpful with helping us with our choices. We started with a Bourbon espresso and my husband had a peach old fashioned. We had togarashi tuna & steak cheese rolls with a delicious horseradish dipping sauce. Then we had blackened cod & pork belly tacos. We ended with a nice cappuccino & pistachio cake. We enjoyed everything. Very tasty sharable dishes. We can't wait to go back.

Just moved to New Bedford and this was my first time at Cork Wine and Tapas. My wife and I took her sister and husband. We will definitely be coming back! The drinks were terrific, our dinners were delectable, and we had a great time sitting at the outdoor tables. The wait staff were great and allowed us to really take our time, relax, and enjoy ourselves, while still checking in with us periodically. The downtown section of New Bedford around Union Street is a happening place.
