I order from here quite often, I do always feel like their meat is a little undercooked.. So I opt out on getting the steak for quite some time.. Even the chicken could be cooked a little bit longer. But I just ordered a steak plate Yesterday had a craving... How many times can one get it wrong? You know, maybe this was the one time that they actually cooked it well done...and i once again requested well done. And this is what I opened when I got home.. mind you it was the first time I ate all day. I was starving. I was really craving a nice, well done steak. It's so sad that I had to butterfly it myself and put it in a pan and cook it (when the whole reason of ordeing takeout was so I didn't have to cook and dirty any pans) the rest of the way but not only that, this is supposed to be filet Mignon right?, and I feel like it's the worst filet Mignon i've ever tasted, it actually tastes like liver.It has a very livery taste.. And the first time and second time I ever got it from here, it tasted amazing..perfectly cooked...And I feel like every time since either they changed their meat vendor or whatever the case is, but the fact that my meat was this pink and taste like liver...no flavor whatsoever.. I asked for well done, just does not sit okay with me especially when I have two children under 5, i'm tired.I just wanted to eat a good meal.I didn't want to have to cook it back up myself. And then let's not even talk about the price like for the price Im paying my meat should be cooked all the way through not like it was just butchered off the cow bleeding.

The menu was eclectic. All different types of dishes. I got meatpie and mashed. It reminded me of my grandmother's cooking! It was wonderful. I got 2 meals out of it. My friend got a pork dish with rice and vegetables. The veggies were fresh steamed, and the pork was so tender it melted in your mouth. We got an app also. The bill was 50 bucks! We will definitely be back!

online says 15 for the ribs plate. when i got there it was 18.59 and only got $1 change back. I was told when its over .50 cents they dont give the customers all their change. First time ever hearing that in all the restaurants ive been too ibwas expecting to pay 15 plus tax not 19. Wont be back
Unfortunately tonight I had a bad experience with David's take out. I ordered 2 Burgers 1 medium David Burger 1 medium-rare Bacon Cheeseburger. The medium-rare burger was cooked well done crispy. We live far so to return it tonight was not an option. I called and explained the situation, the lady said they don't give a credit to customers for unacceptable food. I explained we have ordered and picked up these meals many times and they are usually good. she said they have a new cook tonight, I said all the more reason to fix there mistake. I then explained if they don't make good on this we will not be customers any longer. she didn't care...this is not how you treat good customers. I have noticed the last few times we have eaten there, it was not busy. when we first started going there we used to have to wait for a table. I guess I am not the only person they haven't treated fairly. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else to save yourself disappointment.

One of our favorite places to go in NB! The food is always delicious - I haven't had anything I dislike. The staff is always super friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. David’s will always be in our rotation for places to eat.

Hubby and I go to Davids frequently. I am partial to the 1/2 roasted chicken and my husband likes to get something off the specials menu. Last night we both had the seafood pot pie. We had never heard of it so we went with it. Scallops, squid, shrimp and fish in a creamy delicious base. Absolutely delicious! Would recommend this!

Delicious food!!! We tried to go somewhere else to eat and the wait was over an hour. We stumbled across David’s and decided to give it a try. No wait at all on a Saturday night (which is sad considering how good this place is!). Our server, Chloe, was a sweetheart & on top of her game. Ordered Mozambique fries for the table & different types of steak entrees. If I could give it more stars, I would. Only down fall - if you don’t know how to parallel park you might have some trouble finding parking. Other than that, will definitely be returning.
