Way Over rated and really over priced!!!! Service is slow .. plan to spend all day there if you dine in! Probably the most overrated and over priced place in Bristol county....

Ordered coffee but had nothing to stir it with.
It took 2.5 hours to receive our incomplete order.
The food was terrible, with undercooked home fries and extremely dry French toast.
Customer service was awful! The only decent thing was the ambiance. I will not be returning.

Cute place, terrible service, food items do not arrive as presented on the menu (no fruit and cream with the French toast, as listed), watered down coffees and chocolate milk, dry butter-less toast, not even sure the French toast had egg on it, deep fried omelette, must I add more? No photos because I sent back half my meal. I don’t blame the waitresses (she was working hard to keep customers happy) but just no. Just stay home.

The concept is a wonderful idea, but the implementation falls short. I suggest increasing staff levels.

I waited for almost an hour for my food, which was just two simple egg sandwiches on a bagel and a side of potatoes.

If you enjoy spending time with people who all look like they've been waiting for their food for far too long, this is the place for you.

This was my second visit, and just like the first time, the wait was due to being short-staffed. Only one person was working, and I experienced the same long wait for food.

Ending up leaving due to the long wait time for the food, and upon paying for the coffee was asked if I wanted a to go box as the food was just about to come out; declined as that food should have been out 30 minutes prior.

Have been here twice just to order coffee and some sandwiches, both times the service was exceptionally slow despite there only being 2 tables seated, both times my coffee order was incorrect, and the food is over priced. I ordered avocado toast which I received on a bagel because they were out of all other options and the bagel wasn’t even toasted. Cmon.

Management is setting the servers up for failure. Super short staffed and the servers were overwhelmed. Everyone in the restaurant was either waiting for their drink orders to be taken, waiting to have their orders taken, food, condiments, or drinks.

Being short staffed is not the workers’ faults but management’s. This leads to staff mistakes and frustrated customers.

We made reservations through resey for my sisters reservation and waited about 15 min to have our drink orders to be taken and then for our food in about 40 min.
We were served drinks while holding the rims of the cups. They didn’t have covered straws so we had to get the straws ourselves for sanitary reasons - this was appreciated that they let us grab them ourselves.
We had to ask for the fruit and whip cream for our French toast. We were told afterwards that they might not have it but still received it, thankfully.
They were out of hot sauce and a handful of items on the menu but the servers didn’t know unless we asked and they checked on their system.

Thankfully the food was good but when I went back to see if we could get hot sauce and ketchup I noticed a cook’s beard in the back was not covered and someone else talking on their phone with their gloved hands but then going back to work with those same gloves.

This place used to be so good. Its so gorgeous inside. I went in a few days ago and the staff, although very nice, were acting very immature. There was lots of loud swearing. There was female staff member who was yelling on the phone to some guy and then went outside in her uniform and was yelling and I mean yelling right in front of the restaurant so loudly, we could hear her from inside. Very unprofessional. I went there to study and after a few hours I couldn't concentrate anymore because of how obnoxious they were being. Not looking to go back anytime soon. It's too bad because it use to be so wonderful with wonderful workers who were the best.

Tasty food and coffee, with a cool industrial, earthy vibe. First time going here, and I will definitely visit again. Had an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on toasted Multigrain bread with a Caramel Latte and have to say it was great. Enjoyed the ? ? everywhere and loved the wood accent wall. I suggest that if you haven't been here yet, make sure you try them out. Plus, support all the rest of the local businesses inside the Kilburn Mills Shops as well.

Awful experience! Very long wait just to be told what you ordered is not available. The food was mediocre at best and when we requested ketchup we were told they didn’t have any!

Food was fine, but service was really lackluster. They were out of everything we tried to order (out of avocado, salmon, soda, granola for granola bowls, croissants…) and weren’t very helpful in explaining what they did in fact have. They were also out of silverware. Coffees took 30 minutes to arrive, well after our meals.
