Have been going to this Dunkin’ almost every day for two years. Recently stopped giving my business to this store. I initially gave them a week without my business but after returning, I’m convinced I don’t need to come back. Extremely poor quality coffee each time and the service is hit or miss. Really have been wasting time. Happy to go an extra .5 miles to 380 Hathaway.

I go to the 1121 Kempton St New Bedford location frequently and there is this young girl that is always up to speed, fast, and provides costumer service with a smile and I believe her name is Evelyn. She is amazing. I see her make drinks, takes care of online grabbing donuts for other guests! She's truly a rockstar!

Every time. “One bagel toasted with cream cheese ON the bagel” put it in the bag instead of on the bagel. This time it was dark out and so I need to put cream cheese on in the dark in the car. I drop the bagel cream cheese ruins my shirt. It’s seriously not that hard.
