I went into the Dunkin’ Donuts in Dartmouth on Compton Street today was thrown out of the Dunkin’ Donuts. I was told even though there were people standing in the store with me and the drive-through line was around the corner of the store. They told me to get out. They said they’re closing the doors now and I need to leave. Never have I ever Been talk to you so rudely intrigued so disrespectful in any Dunkin’ Donuts I love Dunkin but will never ever come back to the store again.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered a medium hot regular nobody else in the drive thru. I pulled up to window. Two young boys standing there
One takes my card
Sticks it in the machine
The third boy made my coffee put it down on the counter
The boy I gave my card to along with the other one pull their cell phones out there pockets and stand there scrolling on them.
Never give me my card back
So I put my truck in park just to sit there and record a video on my phone.
They continue to stand there on their phones both young boys.
Finally the third young man that actually made the coffee comes over an hands it to me.
I then have to ask for my card back.
Very poor customer service
Employees should not be allowed to be on their cell phone.
Also this was at 4:15pm not am.
They made our ice coffees perfect. Hash browns done nice and crispy. Wake up wraps, hot and delicious.

Paid for a sandwich some clown came in 12 minutes after me and took mine, I told him that's not yours, he ignored me and left i asked for my money back, no one can do that. Then I was told they would make a new one ASAP 15 minutes later I left no money no food....

One of the more friendly dunkin establishments in the area. They mixed up our drink order but had no issue correcting it with a smile.

The weekday morning staff are excellent, but the weekend and night staff are a disaster. They desperately need better training—waiting 25 minutes for snacking bacon (mobile order) and being ignored by 3 employees is unacceptable!

It would be nice if they actually added sandwich ingredients instead of just throwing a toasted bagel in a bag and charging me 5$ for it, what a scam and rip off, they didn’t even throw in any cream cheese, so someone just threw a empty bagel in the bag and decided it was good enough I guess.

What happened to the night crew. They were so good. Last few times I have gotten a latte, it is nothing but watered down and none of the syrup in it. It’s a shame.

The store that we go to is filled with kids behind the counter. Always talking and not paying attention to the customers. It takes 15 to 20 mins just to get coffee. And when getting food it's never correct. If people have allergies they should never go to Dunkin.
