Every time. “One bagel toasted with cream cheese ON the bagel” put it in the bag instead of on the bagel. This time it was dark out and so I need to put cream cheese on in the dark in the car. I drop the bagel cream cheese ruins my shirt. It’s seriously not that hard.

This DD has gone down hill fast. The service is absolutely horrendous, the staff jokes around and does not acknowledge a customer at the counter inside, the drive through takes 5 minutes before even saying we’ll be right with you. I understand being short staffed, however this is just careless. They have no clue how to interact with customers, and just simply say “we’ll be right with you.” Food, and coffee has always been terrible. Food is always still cold, and coffee taste burnt.

I just went in for two donuts, I can see they were quite busy, especially being next to 140. They had chocolate frosted with various sprinkles. I asked for the ones with the snowflakes for my niece. That’s all I got. After I ordered, he asked me two more times to confirm and I still did not get the donuts I wanted for my niece. And the donuts were just thrown into the bag on top of each other so they just melted together. I manage a Dunkin so instead of going back in and dealing with them for the donuts I wanted. I just stopped by my own store. Small mistake but it’s also the first time I’ve tried the place, but i will still drive out of new bedford to get dunkin.
