I loved the dunkin at the initial location in the Plaza parking lot. They were the only one I would go to because when I order the macha latte anywhere else it's always just green milk. They never make it correctly. I went to the new location expecting the quality to be the same. It was awful. The staff are slow, like mentally challenge slow. I had to repeat myself a million times because the person taking my order couldn't comprehend the English language. The drink was just milk. It wasn't even green and I specifically ordered it with extra macha powder because I expected them to make it poorly. And even when I asked for extra powder it's still just a cup of whole milk. It's disgusting. They are disgusting. Such a waste of money.

Takes a million years to make a mobile order even if you place it 20 minutes in advanced, and they never make my order right even after the hour wait. None of the workers seem to know what planet their on let alone how to read. Place needs a complete new staff or just shut it down.

Very fast experience especially when it’s first thing in the morning and everybody wants their coffee lol food was made hot was in the drive-through no longer than 2 and 1/2 which is great for the morning rush. The service was great and the drive thru gentleman was super friendly and very polite !!
