There’s already plenty of things wrong with this dunkin- it’s extremely slow.. they are not nice with customer service. The same drinks taste different everyday despite it being the same order.
Now the last straw was the roaches. Disgusting do not eat here.

This drive thru will take over 20 minutes and then your coffee will taste diagusting and lukewarm. Do not recommend, go somewhere else.

This Dunkin used to be good but now I can’t come here before work because guaranteed I’ll be late by at least a half hour with no cars in the line

Horrible staff. I usually walk in but the other day decided to go through the drive thru. I ordered my usual sandwich and iced coffee and headed to the window. You could hear them then complaining through the drive thru window about making my food! I waited about 5 minutes at the window until I received a WHITE coffee!!!! At this point I had already been sitting here for so long, I didn’t care. I’ll just make a coffee at home. But then i’m handed my sandwich and it’s on an english muffin… I told the woman at the window I ordered it on a croissant, and she says “Well we don’t have croissants”. Why wasn’t I told this at the speaker? I just drive away. Very unprofessional. Should have asked for her name. Reddish haired girl

“Get in, get out!” should be Dunkin’s new motto. You won’t find smiles or service here — just staff who act like every customer is an inconvenience.

The food? Overpriced and fake. The coffee? A shadow of what it used to be, with quality sinking as prices keep climbing.

And don’t expect the warm, sit-and-stay experience Dunkin’ was known for 20 years ago. That welcoming, community vibe is gone. What’s left is a rushed, joyless stop that feels nothing like the Dunkin’ of the past.

I loved the dunkin at the initial location in the Plaza parking lot. They were the only one I would go to because when I order the macha latte anywhere else it's always just green milk. They never make it correctly. I went to the new location expecting the quality to be the same. It was awful. The staff are slow, like mentally challenge slow. I had to repeat myself a million times because the person taking my order couldn't comprehend the English language. The drink was just milk. It wasn't even green and I specifically ordered it with extra macha powder because I expected them to make it poorly. And even when I asked for extra powder it's still just a cup of whole milk. It's disgusting. They are disgusting. Such a waste of money.

Small but friendly Dunkin. No seating, just drive through and takeout. Service quick with a smile.

Takes a million years to make a mobile order even if you place it 20 minutes in advanced, and they never make my order right even after the hour wait. None of the workers seem to know what planet their on let alone how to read. Place needs a complete new staff or just shut it down.
