By far the worst place. Everyone is so miserable there. Macy the manager is horrible and should not be in a management position. The way she belittled an employee in front of customers is disturbing. I will be calling corporate. What a miserable hostile environment.

Lousy service some of the employees have bad attitudes and seem like they really hate their job and life. Miserable atmosphere won’t be going back spread kindness not rudeness and attitude. So unnecessary.

I recently visited the new Dunkin’ Donuts location and had a disappointing drive-thru experience. Despite there being only two cars ahead of me, I waited several minutes at the speaker without any response. When I finally reached the window, the staff refused to take my order, insisting that I needed to order at the speaker, even though I had already tried multiple times. The employee’s attitude and the overall service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.

honestly, this something was great. Employees knew how to talk to customers and they were really chill. And also the store was really clean the environment. The atmosphere was just everything was just incredible.

This might be the newest Dunkin in the city but it is 100% by far THE WORST. I've been coming here probably 2-3 times a week since they've opened and - NO EXAGGERATION - I haven't gotten exactly what I asked for the first time ONCE (not even the second time I ask). There is always something wrong. I ask for a medium hot tea with 3 sugars and the sticker ALWAYS says something different - sometimes less, sometimes more. Last week I went INSIDE for faster service - which didn't happen. My tea came with 1 sugar, when again - I asked for 3. I asked the girl at the counter to remake it with the correct amount of sugar and she looked at me and handed me sugar packets to do it myself and was extremely rude. If I wanted to do it myself, I would have made it at home. I asked for a muffin with butter on the side and EVERYTIME they DON'T LISTEN and it comes with butter on it. Nobody wants butter melted in the bag all over the place. Today, same thing. Tea with incorrect amount of sugar and melted butter all over the place. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO LISTEN AND DO YOUR JOB. This is EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Completely incompetent. YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!!!!
