Cold food , soggy hash browns and coffee not mixed ! Worse DD in the city . Like literally no effort in making anything you order.

this place is terrible the way the assistant manager and manager talks to their coworkers is absolutely disgusting and rude. They think because they have higher authority that they are better than the rest, but NO THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR WORKERS.
I also have had problems with my drink is wrong multiple times and my food gets burnt every time I come.
I will no longer be coming to this location. It is sad, Depressing and should not be open if they are treating them like this. The lady Stephanie can be grumpy sometimes and when she's grumpy, she's always demanding her workers what to do.
Also, one time I went through drive-through and I was waiting over 15 minutes for one drink.
This building is better off with just the gas station.

Whoever was making coffee and sandwiches this morning at 8:30 deserves a raise. Perfectly cooked crispy hash browns, sandwich was perfectly put together and the coffee was made exactly how I like it. And no wait in the drive thru, they made my morning today! Thank you!

I asked for less ice in my iced latte. They will give you standard ice whatever you give you in your order.
The best people work here! Super friendly, they make you feel welcome like a returning friend. No matter how busy they may be, they never appear annoyed or frustrated. I truly believe they love what they do. This is a place I would want to work if I was looking for a job, and my 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice to get my signature latte and donuts (they also have an amazing turkey sausage wrap). If I'm in the area, I will drive past other locations to come to my favorite, friendly neighborhood Dunkin'. Thank you for always making my day start off with a smile!
Seems busy and could use 1 more person atleast. Only reason I'm writing this is the past few times I've gotten a frozen coffee it tastes sour. Made me sick one day and I can't afford to waste 5$ repeatedly for something it's not anyones fault directly wich is why I don't have it remade. Idk if the syrup is bad or the cream or the coffee something has been sour multiple times and it's not just this location I deal with this I'm kinda at my end with dunkin

I stop here most weekday mornings on the way to work. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient. Coffee is always hot and fresh. My go-to coffee spot for sure. Thanks Dunkin’ staff 🙂

I’m hoping the manager sees this: I’m not sure of the workers name Sadly, but I wanted to give her a shout out. I almost always place a mobile order in the morning before work, and if my order is ready, but the drive-through line that I’m in as long, there is one specific worker who more than once has brought out my order to me in line, Which is not expected, but greatly appreciated. This is an example of someone who goes the extra mile and small acts of kindness like that matter! I hope the manager gives her some kind of recognition for this!

It depends on which day you go, if the person working it's not in a bad mood then it's your day! Sometimes you will get a thank you sometimes you will not. Sometimes your coffee will be right sometimes it won't. Consistency is key...

Literally the worst dunkin I've ever been to. They wouldn't serve me because I "cut an invisible line" there was no Cars at the speakers. On top of the fact that the day before I went there and they screwed up my entire order. All I wanted today was a refresher on break. Will never go back here and Will be calling corporate on the rude bish over the speaker and the old guy who came and touched my car demanding I move.
I especially recommend the stroberry colara drink.

I only get a black coffee with one sugar. The drive thru is fast . The workers are always very polite and make a great cup of hot coffee .
