I have a few issues with this location. The first issue is the inside was closed during the snowstorm so NO walk ups, only drive thru at a time when the governor and city of NB said to stay off the roads. The second issue they never updated the app showing only drive thru and the new closing time of 1pm.

I am I long time customer and spend lots of money in the location and there are a handful of people that work there that are extremely rude us foul language very unprofessional and just don’t care and don’t expect me to say something and all they can do is call the cops on there customers it’s so sad the world we come too let’s start helping small mom and pop businesses from now on and I will be making a fuss about this for sure just sad workers can cuss at customers and nothing be done at all I seen with my own eyes

I went there and the interior was locked for some unspecified reason. I placed an indoor pickup and an employee came out and handed us our orders outdoors. They said they were “completely out of food” but a customer next to me got food? They told me to ask for a refund online, wouldn’t give one in person.

It’s 1:30pm on a wednesday and the door is locked and only the drive through is open. The drive through line is out into the street and there are no signs anywhere warning that the inside is not open. Stupid.

I asked them for a free treat for a small amount on my birthday but they were not very helpful. Anyway, it's not a big deal. I bought it with money, they don't have to give it to me but I asked.
I went to this location 6 times and none of my orders were ever right, even when I would turn around and ask them to fix it, the redo was wrong too! Every time! This store has been terrible and shouldn’t have been opened.

This Dunkin is terrible. Ordered two iced coffees 6 cream and 6 sugar. We get to the window and it is 6 sugars with 1 cream. Asked for it to be remade and the rude employee at the window says to the girl making the iced coffee. It isnt your fault its the customers fault. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this Dunkin. Will never go there again

I came in today craving something I don’t usually get but felt my soul needed today lol they are always so pleasant and sweet here since I moved into the area and while they can get busy they make you feel heard! Shout out to the guy who took my order and didn’t bat an eye when I felt super extra about ordering a medium lemonade with blue raspberry made my whole day
