It’s 1:30pm on a wednesday and the door is locked and only the drive through is open. The drive through line is out into the street and there are no signs anywhere warning that the inside is not open. Stupid.

I went to this location 6 times and none of my orders were ever right, even when I would turn around and ask them to fix it, the redo was wrong too! Every time! This store has been terrible and shouldn’t have been opened.

This Dunkin is terrible. Ordered two iced coffees 6 cream and 6 sugar. We get to the window and it is 6 sugars with 1 cream. Asked for it to be remade and the rude employee at the window says to the girl making the iced coffee. It isnt your fault its the customers fault. This is not the first time we have had an issue with this Dunkin. Will never go there again
I came in today craving something I don’t usually get but felt my soul needed today lol they are always so pleasant and sweet here since I moved into the area and while they can get busy they make you feel heard! Shout out to the guy who took my order and didn’t bat an eye when I felt super extra about ordering a medium lemonade with blue raspberry made my whole day

Went to Dd's on Aschusnet Ave new bedford around 10:30 am on monday and 2 bagels burnt and bacon burnt do better ppl. Just nasty!!! Not $15 spent wisely need to get better employess! Pay attention to your product!!!! Will be cookin at home neede something fast for sick child. MISTAKE!!!!!!!!

2 out of 3 times they get my coffee wrong. This morning I ordered a black coffee. I got extra cream and extra sugar. I didn't notice until I got in the highway. The tag says what it was supposed to be, So I really didn't think twice about it. I'm not going to that dunks anymore. I'm just throwing money out the window at this point. Always check your coffee.
