Employees favor customers over delivery drivers, if it is busy, drive through and customers come before delivery drivers and not first come first serve when orders come in, not following doordash policy, or Uber policy, also delivery drivers are treated differently due to the fact that they do not receive tips from these type of orders, the lack of communication, teamwork, and the ability to be able to perform customer service towards delivery drivers is very much absent

This location has 2 of the BEST girls...Cheyenne and Leslie!!! I was served by them both this morning, Cheyenne at the window and Leslie making my breakfast...it was a lovely early morning experience and I was greeted by their warm and friendly smiles and sparkling conversation!!! And the best part of it all...my coffee was steaming hot and my breakfast was done RIGHT!!! Nicely toasted bagel with crispy bacon and hash browns!!! You'll start your day right at this location...especially when these girls are on!!!

Order a cold drink, 2 hot coffees and some donuts, they gave me everything but the 2 hot coffees, after 15 minutes waiting for it I asked if it would take longer, they pointed to the coffees sitting on the mobile order spot! Didn’t even told us that our coffees were ready! Honey dew keep giving us an example of how to treat costumers, I recommend it!!

Every single time I go there EVERYTIME they mess up my order and I do not understand how they haven’t learned. I order a chocolate glazed donut on doordash I always get regular glazed even after putting countless notes and calling my dasher to double check. I go there through the drive through and ordered a bacon egg and cheese in a croissant and no bacon??????? I go in and they also always mess up my orders the same way. Either their employees dont pay attention to detail or they lack common sense.
