went in for a berry burst with extra syrup and they wouldn’t add extra syrup, said they’re not allowed to do that which has literally never been an issue at any other Dunkin 😭 initially I asked for them to add some to my drink that was made at a diff location which they couldn’t so I asked for a new one with extra syrup and they said they couldn’t because of the caffeine amount in it. Like it’s my body lemme put extra caffeine in it if I want to. Idk just frustrating. I’ve never ever had an issue anywhere else.

i come almost everymorning around 5:30...customer service is friendly (which is awesome)but my orders are never right, either its burnt, coffee isnt made right or i didnt get what i orderd...this happens often..today coffee was gross couldnt even drink it not made correctly yesterday i ordered 2 egg sausage/cheese wrap got plain egg wrap...day before i didnt even get the hash browns i ordered. customer is good but the service here needs more training...happens way too often!

I love it here everyone is so kind even the manager in the blue sweatshirt doing hires is so nice the atmosphere is amazing no bad energy everyone is happy very clean and well kept I work in rayham and wish I could work here since it's a block away from me! The drinks are amazing. I got an iced coffee and couldn't finish it I was wired after a few sips saved it for my husband then got a refresher and that was to die for keep up the great service guys 💜

The ladies that run this Dunkin are the best. I come out of my way to go to this dunkin almost if not every day because they are kind, professional and i think out of the last 2 years I've gotten my coffee made wrong 2 times ever. Best Dunkin in the New Bedford area.
You know I order everyday and I am a regular I am not a complainer . I pay $6.00 for a coffee and a tip. I have my preference foe a coffee so when I order it I expect it to be right. Well I went back to the window cause it was made wrong and it said it on the label so it's not my fault you didn't pay attention the first time. 2nd time because I said something you still made it the way you wanted it because there was still sugar in my coffee but again I am not a complainer and I still 8got a coffee that wasn't what I wanted that I paid $6 for. People need to think of themselves when they make customers coffee and not acr like i am in the wrong. Shame on you!!
