The ladies that run this Dunkin are the best. I come out of my way to go to this dunkin almost if not every day because they are kind, professional and i think out of the last 2 years I've gotten my coffee made wrong 2 times ever. Best Dunkin in the New Bedford area.
You know I order everyday and I am a regular I am not a complainer . I pay $6.00 for a coffee and a tip. I have my preference foe a coffee so when I order it I expect it to be right. Well I went back to the window cause it was made wrong and it said it on the label so it's not my fault you didn't pay attention the first time. 2nd time because I said something you still made it the way you wanted it because there was still sugar in my coffee but again I am not a complainer and I still 8got a coffee that wasn't what I wanted that I paid $6 for. People need to think of themselves when they make customers coffee and not acr like i am in the wrong. Shame on you!!

The cashier was so rude I had to call there corporate office
every time i go here they always with out a doubt mess up me and my fiancé’s coffee. it could be the simplest coffee and they still would have to make it over three times before they get it right half of the time i dont get any of the flavors i requested added in my cup at all they really need to step their game up at this point theyre the worst dunkin in new bedford and that’s saying a lot ?
