“I’m being I customer for couple years Dunkin Donuts & specifically I have it near to my house service was excellent, No problem but now they have new employees is over.
The person was talking my order at the drive through on 3/26/2025 at 4:45am was so RUDE! She has the bad attitude, NOT ACCOMMODATING, MAKING CUSTOMER FEEL DISGUSTED.

So I just walked in no one's in line the two girls are standing there having a conversation and completely ignore me I stood there for about 3 minutes then I just turned around and walked out.

I wasn't going to leave a review but I get a coffee cake muffin just about every day and I've noticed the quality has been declining and today I got the worst muffin ever I took one bite and spit it out idk if they changed the mix or what,this muffin was small and hard .it's a shame bc they are my favorite breakfast

Stopped in for a little afternoon pick me up and was greeted by the most inviting and friendly smile of Alex, who explained to me that she’d just started working as a Barista. From greeting to eating this was one of the best coffee and donut breaks I’ve had since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak of 2020.This store is a great reminder that smiles start with “Dunkin” 10/10 will be back again.
