I wasn't going to leave a review but I get a coffee cake muffin just about every day and I've noticed the quality has been declining and today I got the worst muffin ever I took one bite and spit it out idk if they changed the mix or what,this muffin was small and hard .it's a shame bc they are my favorite breakfast

Really bad service I'm trying to get hot chocolate today he said you don't have it how they can have a hot chocolate and after I have to get that a decaf coffee the person inside start yelling me so I'll start yelling back too I'm sorry but it's bad service I have to get out there

Stopped in for a little afternoon pick me up and was greeted by the most inviting and friendly smile of Alex, who explained to me that she’d just started working as a Barista. From greeting to eating this was one of the best coffee and donut breaks I’ve had since the start of the COVID-19 outbreak of 2020.This store is a great reminder that smiles start with “Dunkin” 10/10 will be back again.

If i could give 0 stars i would i went in and i stood there for 10 minutes waiting for service 3 different workers walked by and did NOT serve us each time this dunkin is horrible would not suggest you go
Inside the store is always decorated and the cooler that holds all their extra drinks (juice,milk,energy drinks) are always fully stocked. Clean clean clean inside and bathroom ? even though one was closed and I had to use the men's room !!!!!! ?

This Dunkin is always busy so I order ahead. Every time I order ahead, my order is never ready. Staff is always arguing or chit chatting. My coffee is never made correctly and tastes like hot garbage.I order a cold brew, and it tastes like they just dumped a bunch if old coffee into one container. Trash!I will drive further away from my house to a better one. Waste of money going to that one.
