I went here a couple of months ago. The food was excellent the staff were courteous and polite. It was a Sunday morning, so the atmosphere wasn't overly desirable, with several children in the small space. On a quieter day, I think it would be much nicer.

Great location across from St. Anne's on Rivet St. in New Bedford. Their breakfast ? sandwich was a delicious surprise ?. A triple decker.

It's pretty wild to see all the bad reviews considering every time I've tried calling they never answer. Now it's not that I call back to back, I wait various times anywhere between 5-25 minutes...no answer. So one day I drive by, it says open with no one in there and leave because it's just them talking obnoxiously loud for no reason. If this place survives its just a front for illegal activity.

Ate here a few times and wasn’t satisfied. The catchupa was reheated and not fried as it was listed in the menu. We called them and let them know and they did not seem to care. This dish is a culture staple and this restaurant did not represent that.

Horrible! Store bought generic sandwich ham. Eggs taste funny and way over cooked. Toast was gross. Home fries were cubed French fries, hard as a rock. Took way too long to get our food. I felt like I ate at a soup kitchen. I hate writing reviews like this, but I would hate for anyone else to eat there.

Looking for the best "Catchupa" in town? You looking at the best at Emily's Breakfast. Emily is so nice and professional and very attentive when it comes to service. You walk in, you pick your own table and she comes right away to you and take your order and you will get it fast and the food is incredible for the price. Highly recommended.
Awesome place and nice and clean! Staff is friendly!

Always good service and a very welcoming family owned business with amazing Cape Verdean food! The refried catchupa with linguica and eggs is always a go to
