Had a request for a large order and received nothing but the run around and false promises. If they are not interested in the order than at least have the decency to tell the customer

Amazing Fish Market! Great prices and the freshest Seafood around because it comes off their boats!

Great selection of fresh caught delicious seafood. Just ate their Fisherman's Stew: heaven in a bowl. Also shucked their oysters and clams at home. Fantastic. I love this place!

1st time going there, was told to try it! Got there and ordered $70 + worth of steamers. The girl at the register kept picking up the bags of clams and smashing them on the counter! This morning getting ready for guests, soaking them, a bunch of clams were all smashed! I called to let them know. Chris said thanks and I'll talk with my employee's. He never once offered anything for all of my smashed claims! I can see one or two but 10 or more!!!! Oh Well, back to Kylers!! Very disappointed ?. 4x time cleaning...muddy dirty water.

I emailed them earlier in week to ask if they could steam lobsters ( I have the email chain back and forth) I was told you had to order in person. I asked if I waited could they do them at that time and was told yes that it took under 20 minutes I went in this morning and they told me they “don’t steam lobsters”. I told them I had the email from them advising they would. Staff refused to even look at the email
I received from them. I went to “Turks” who happily steamed the lobster with a smile.

Besides over charging me for swordfish kabobs which were 6.99 a pound they charged me 9.99 a pound when I got the fish home that's when I realized I got overcharged for it so I guess I won't be going back anytime soon.

I have been a frequent customer for years and always enjoyed the atmosphere and sweet smell of fresh seafood when you walk in the door. This was at their Blackmere St. location. I miss this very much with their new location in Fathoms. It's just like all the other upscale retail fish markets now. It also has far less parking and it's dangerous getting in and out of the parking lot.

They moved two weeks ago! I found them in Popes island. Delicious dry scallops. Fresh fish. Top quality seafood and kind help!

If the EBT machine is down maybe put up a sign. I'm not going to be pressured into paying cash. The guy seemed professional and upbeat the lady on the other hand seemed to be problematic & condescending.I'm going to talk to a friend at the dta tomorrow to see what can be done about that pesky machine. If the poor farmer at the farmers market can afford a mobile card reader I don't see how a multi million or more dollar business seem to have so much trouble with food stampsSomething about this seems fishy especially with the boosting bot reviews ?

When they first open, they were amazing and the fish was so fresh. It has gone downhill since.
