I love this place, my family and I come here quite frequently. Although today I had a terrible experience. There was a women working there I hadn't seen before, I didn't get a name but I assume she is some sort of assistant manager with long black straight hair and glasses. I thought I was just grabbing a classic breakfast sandwich, but their signature this week 9.14 was probably the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a while. I love the sweet/savory combo.
We tried a few coffee places while we were visiting the area and Ground Floor was the one we liked the most and the only one we went back to multiple times. The line to order was long but the service was fast enough that the wait wasn’t too bad.
