Best sweetbread and pastel de nata I've had outside of Portugal. Love coming here!

They have quality product that I really enjoy but I find myself going elsewhere because of the customer service. The staff talk a lot amongst themselves often holding up lines for up to 20 minutes if not more by how slow the service can be. It’s never a quick stop and for that reason I go elsewhere.

I got a bean desert and it tasted freezer burn..nowI feel nauseated..
I told the worker ; but she just raised her eyebrows and walked away..
I had other stuff there before never HD an issue..I guess there's always a first time..

I love the fresh homemade cheese and Portuguese pops. They had whole sweet bread and sour dough bread. Lots of pastries and other goodies. The ladies behind the counter were personable and hard working. There is a small parking lot as well.

My go to Bakery!

A short line formed as I entered the door. The bakery has a lot of selection. I picked up a dozen excellent cannoli(s). I choose fron 3 different types. They are: chocolate dipped, powder sugar, and a chocolate lined shell. The cannoli creme is rich and really great. I give them a 7.4 out of 10. The shells are a little soft to my liking. The 12 came to $26.43.

Most customers were ordering papo secos (popsic/pop).

STORM

Gave my Grandmother a scalding hot coffee with a poorly positioned cold cover. Burnt my elderly grandmother and my mom. Do better.

A NB classic for many years now. We got here at 6:30am this morning. If you want the linguica rolls you better get up early too! They are not to be missed. ??????

This place was amazing. It was our first time here and they couldn’t have been more helpful. There weren’t labels on the bakery items and woman behind the counter listed off every single thing they had for us so we knew what we were ordering. I must have ordered 20 items and when it came time to pay she said it was only TWENTY DOLLARS. I actually couldn’t believe what I was hearing because anywhere else would have easily charged $50+ for what we got. Unbelievably good deal. Even better once my wife and I got home and tried everything out. Literally every single thing we got was delicious. I will be coming back again and again. Incredible.

Call the bakery to place an order for masa and cacoila to be told, "We're not accepting orders". Only to walk in to buy them and be told "Sold out, you need to call ahead and place an order". Excuse me? So now this place is trying to play both sides so they can excuse themselves any accountability. Absolutely unprofessional and unethical. This bakery can go kick rocks. You're not the only competition in town.
