I prefer honey dew any day over Dunkin. However, it doesn’t seem to matter what time you will be waiting in line. Today, at 5am I was waiting for at least 6 min. and had to confirm my order when I got to the window. This seems to occur each time I go. Perhaps they are understaffed. I hope things change

Don't get me wrong some of the girls that work here and used to work here are great. In the summer the AC is never on & there are fly's everywhere. Winter the heat's never on. It just feels kind of like a hostile

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, when I pulled up she asked to verify what I ordered and I told her, get back to work and open it and it was a sausage with no egg on a bagel with cheese. How you only get the cheese right?
The coffee is good and the pastries are usually fresh.

Awful customer service this morning 5/14/23. Waited at the drive through window 20 minutes, finally pulled around and went inside. The coffee shop only had one customer coming out as I was going in. Customers were backing out the drive through and left. Wow, just ridiculous.

Yesterday I purchased a large coffee and a donut for $5.50. This morning I went to dunking donuts and paid $4.06 for the exact same order. Shame on you for ripping off America, we are getting sick of it.
