Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, when I pulled up she asked to verify what I ordered and I told her, get back to work and open it and it was a sausage with no egg on a bagel with cheese. How you only get the cheese right?

Awful customer service this morning 5/14/23. Waited at the drive through window 20 minutes, finally pulled around and went inside. The coffee shop only had one customer coming out as I was going in. Customers were backing out the drive through and left. Wow, just ridiculous.

Yesterday I purchased a large coffee and a donut for $5.50. This morning I went to dunking donuts and paid $4.06 for the exact same order. Shame on you for ripping off America, we are getting sick of it.
I have come into this honey dew many many times for several years. Have never had an issue with a worker personally, however it's clear it's not tan well. The poor young ladies there are constantly working hard to make up for lack of management. I came to my wits end when a worker by " Charlene" disrupted the establishment . . As I sat in the Honey Dew with my family to enjoy my breakfast, I watched her interact rudely and unprofessionally to customers. Suddenly she grew angry and began arguing with the other worker. She appeared to be come extremely agitated, slamming things, hitting things, and yelling. NOT the environment I wanted my young children in, or what I wanted them to witness at a family breakfast.

The lads up the road at Dunkin could learn a thing or two from these folks about what right proper coffee should be. The sausage on the breakfast sammich here has a right bit of kick to it, much like my rams back in Edinburgh. Say hello to Crystal for me if you stop in. That lassie was mighty sweet to me.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Asked for a egg and cheese on a plain bagel , bagel wasn’t even toasted & was hard. Got a Portuguese sandwhich on chibatta bread and was missing half the bread ! Super disappointed, the girl kylee made our food and handed it out laughing .

I’ve been going to this honeydew for sometime now and just recently we noticed has been a new face there we could tell why was she answers She has the most quiet and unfriendly invoice and then every time we get a coffee or even a sandwich that if she makes it it’s either cold or just not made rice so we’ve switched to the church street one and it is perfect when we go there
