The food was made wrong, rearranged, and re-made all while I waited close to 10 minutes in the drive-thru. The food was not tasty or the right temp. I did not eat it.

Better tasting food than dunkin but the service sometimes is aggravating. Sometimes they are out of items, maybe a little too much. I Stickney other places unless I really was an iced mocha madness.
Ever since they switched locations, it’s like the owners changed too. I used to love the customer service of honey dew. It was excellent compared to other places. Now the customer service is just as bad if not WORSE than other places. I used to prefer going there and now I only go to honey dew if I have no other

Got a large latte and it was completely white no coffee person who took order kept messing up got the wrong food asked for no egg they gave us egg and all of it was frozen. They also were argumentative and kept blaming my group for their mistakes.

Whole order was made wrong. Asked for green tea and was made with regular tea. Accidentally gave the new girl extra money, she kept it with out even saying do you know you have extra. Sad to say I won’t be coming back.

Staff currently can not handle the rush hour. It's clear they've got one manager and then younger staff that does not care about their job or putting out quality. Three mornings in a row they messed up my order ?. If you are looking for a reliable cup of coffee the way you ordered it this is not the place to go. I'm certainly not going to pay 5 dollars for a coffee, only to have to come back to reorder or go somewhere else to get it fixed.
