I recently ordered a Veg Pizza from Jimmy’s Pizza, specifically requesting NO olives as I’m allergic to olives. When I received the pizza, it had olives on it. I had clearly mentioned NO olives while placing the order. They should have repeated the order to ensure accuracy. Instead, the lady working there argued with me, insisting I hadn’t mentioned anything about olives. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a replacement pizza. When I requested a refund because I didn’t have enough time to wait, the lady rudely refused, stating they couldn’t offer a refund. I’ve never encountered such poor customer service. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning to Jimmy’s Pizza.

Just got my steak and cheese and the bread was toasted so hard. It literally hurt my mouth one side I was hard as hell and the other side was freaking so moist and nasty. It literally literally just fell apart. it’s was so bad This is one of the worst ones I got from there there

The owner and his wife are absolutely great people The food is delicious everything I've tried is right on point they even treat my dog River like family five stars all the way highly recommend Jimmy's what are you waiting for promise you won't regret it My 3 favorite things is the gold fever calzone spinach and feta calzone and last but certainly not least the steak and cheese is incredible
Person seemed liked they didn't want to be there. Wanted a slice of cheese there was none but wouldn't even make another. The pepperoni slices were not warm either. Maybe just a bad day.

Just tried one of their new dessert pizzas with the apple and cinnamon crumble with icing and it was AMAZING !!! Topped to perfection, the right amount of everything and cooked delicious!! 10/10 recommend for your sweet-tooth craving? I will be ordering it every time now?My parents have been coming to Jimmys since they were teens and my father to this day will always choose them!I love their Buffalo sauce thats tossed on their chicken tenders and something about that languisa pizza being topped in slices and not ground makes it my all time favorite!Jimmys pizza is a STAPLE to the southend of NB✨️
