I pre ordered on the app about 8 mins before I got there. I go to the drive threw, and the guy tells me ohh we have orders ahead of yours you need to come in. Knowing damm well there drive threw goes out into a one way. So I have to drive all around to get back to the front qas ridiculous. Im on my work break. Mcdonald's never tells me I hate go inside. So stupid! Never going there again. S

I had a great experience at KFC! I placed my order and received it quickly, with everything exactly as I asked for. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious — just what I was looking for. It’s not my first visit here, and they’ve been consistent with their quality every time. The service was friendly, and my order was perfect once again. I’m always happy to stop by this location and will definitely keep coming back.

Food wasnt bad even close to their closing time. You can tell it was sitting for a while though. Staff at the window could be more friendly. I said thank you like 10 times and they didnt even respond to me at all. I work retail I get it, but don't work window if you don't like people.

I walk about a mile on a swollen leg to the KFC . KFC is supposed to be closed at 10:00 PM. I reach The KFC on the corner of Court Street and County Street in New Bedford exactly 950 and it was already closed if you were to close at 9:50 let your customers know , because I Google it to make sure you will not be close by the time I made it to you and you were still close so I walk a mile on a swollen leg for no good reason because you decided to close 10 minutes early I will never go back to your business again
I have been to this location several times, and in terms of the food, I never have to complain. Yes, none of the present sites are the original 11 herbs/spices recipe (only a few actually left), but this is one of the places that I know the food is not going to make me mad. The customer service can be up and down. I, do, recommend this place.

I just want to say that SAM has the greatest customer service of all time. So if you want your order to be right just ask for Samantha. ❤️? Also I recommend the chicken pot pie that crust is phenomenal.
Parking: They have a parking lot but if it is ever full you can park on Kempton or county Street but it is metered parking.
