Prices went way up.Ordered a 8 piece and noticed it was $29.99 and a couple other things.It came out to almost $50.I said to the worker wow that’s a lot I almost don’t want it.He gave me a look.I asked for original chicken,When I got home it was extra crispy and I’m wondering if he did it on purpose because I said something.Oh and the $30 chicken was a joke.Had 3 tiny pieces and 5 small pieces worth about $15 if you ask me.Service was pathetic to,, everyone walking around with aggravated faces,

I went to pick up chicken at 5pm so we could eat while watching football. I usually get all dark meat prefereably thighs because somehow they have always been able to deep fry white meat till it's as dry as sawdust. This time they weren't able to give all thighs(even though it was the start of dinner time) they weren't even able to give just all dark. I ordered the regular 8 pc. . Got it home (short drive). It was room temp. There were no thighs at all. two nuggets of dry something that I think were wings. None of this was cooked recently, I'm guessing it had sat around since lunch. It was a dismal experience and it will be the last time going there. I wrote Corporate with no response. I went thru the reviews here and no one from KFC cares enough to respond to any of these reviews. especialy the bad ones

Quick service at the drive through. We ordered the chicken pot pie and chicken sandwich. The chicken pot pie was really good size and was really tasty. My daughter had the chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. The price for the 2 was about $20.

KFC use to be good but now blah.Less quality food for more money. A lot more money. Their Mac and cheese use to be so good now it's so greasy ?

Went to KFC today ( on Acushnet Ave. New Bedford ) hadn't been there for a while and won't be going back anytime soon. The 8 piece strip with Lg potato and coleslaw /with 4 biscuits came to a little over $30.00 dollars!!!! absurd . Now I had always been a big fan of KFC's slaw but today's was awful , very liquidly and had some sort of bleaching taste to it had to throw that out . Chicken seemed to lack the same old flavor from days of old ...in short won't be going back . KFC get on the ball and get back to what made you famous .

My only concern is people not being trained to use Utensils to plate the chicken. You are wearing gloves, not to protect your hands but to protect the food you are serving and your customer. I'm not happy about watching an employee who is wearing gloves and touching all kinds of dirty surfaces then picking up the chicken with those same gloved hands and putting that now dirty chicken on my plate. Restaurants, especially fast food establishments need to be training their employees on the importance of good hygiene and cross contamination and sadly its not happening. Gross!
