Ordered a couple of years ago. Mostly happy but one package had a problem with the seal. I received no response to my complaint and let it go with no plans to order again. Decided to give them a second shot but first reached out to ask about packaging. No reply. Later a third shot, this time an ordering issue. Again no reply. Good luck with reporting quality issues and getting order support . You will need it

Shrimp was freezer burnt. Batch was from August of 2023. Not much customer service, just a lot of excuses. Will not buy from them again. Just as I said...no offer to resolve. Just excuses. I realize they have alot of satisfied customers, but I am not one. Buyer beware.
This is where I get the best seafood. They also have very responsive and excellent customer service. Been buying for years. Excellent prices and choices.
Can’t reach anyone via text or email. Phone # is only for texting. You can’t reach anyone at this company. Extremely frustrating.

So awesome! Typically when I've bulk ordered food online I end up feeling like it wasn't worth it. With Know Seafood though it was definitely worth every penny. All the fish arrived ice cold and after thawing absolutely nothing tastes old. Finally I'm able to get quality Haddock way out where I am. Black Cod, Mahi, shrimp all amazing. Great job to this company.

I grew up a block from the ocean mainly eating fish the first 20 years of my life. Now I live in the Midwest far from the fresh fish I grew up with. I've tried a lot of different things - the grocery store, specialty seafood shops, and online frozen fish delivery... nothing ever came close. The only one was Knowseafood. Hands down the best cuts, freshest fish online service out there. I have been a customer for several years and always look forward to getting my box. They also have great deals. And the kids love it too. And the best customer service I've experienced to date. I highly recommend.

The online ordering process was fairly easy. The items, when they arrived, were packaged very well, and very good-sized portions. The only downside for me was the shipping delay. It took 8 days to get my order - and that was after inquiring a few times. I placed my order on a Wednesday late afternoon. By that Friday I had not receive a shipping notice email, so I emailed at 2:30 p.m. EST to inquire. I received a reply at 8:19 p.m. telling me, "We ship on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Orders received past noon on Wednesday, will be shipped on the following Monday. We will be sending you a shipping tracking number once it leaves our facility." Being a brand new customer I hadn't been aware of that information. That Monday, (5 days after placing the order), by almost 7 p.m. I had still not received shipping confirmation, so I emailed to inquire again. I received a quicker reply, saying my order would be shipping on Tuesday and I should have delivery on Thursday. So, the original promise of shipping out on Monday was NOT honored, and that tells me the customer service is not as good as it should be for a company whose items are so expensive. I did finally received a shipping notice at almost 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night - and my order did arrive on Thursday. I've not had a chance to eat any of the items I ordered, but I'm sure they're very good quality. I only took off 1 star for the delayed shipping issue, but I will most likely give them another chance, now that I know their shipping days.
We eat sushi 3 to 4 times a week, KnowSeafood is the only place I buy my fish. I'm in California. Their recipe suggestions are wonderful from fancy to at home dinner. Customer service is fabulous.
The best! Know Seafood sells quality premium fish, great selection and value and no required subscription. Fast delivery to my door, kept frozen in cool packaging.

I bought a box about a month ago. We've had the wonderful Rainbow Trout, the Kampachi and the Salmon so far and have been really pleased with the freshness. I baked the Salmon on top of baby Spinach leaves, WONDERFUL! I pan-fried the Trout in Garlic Butter and Olive Oil! It is all so healthy and wonderful!!! The Kampachi was new to me. I was short on time so I just pan-fried in Olive Oil, 4 min on each side and it was perfect! I'm planning on doing the other Kampachi in a Veracruz Sauce.
