Ordered a couple of years ago. Mostly happy but one package had a problem with the seal. I received no response to my complaint and let it go with no plans to order again. Decided to give them a second shot but first reached out to ask about packaging. No reply. Later a third shot, this time an ordering issue. Again no reply. Good luck with reporting quality issues and getting order support . You will need it

(No pun!) the source of each product. I have had almost every product they offer and it's always fresh and delicious. My favorites are the scallops and all of the salmon offerings. GREAT customer service too! Highly recommend!

So awesome! Typically when I've bulk ordered food online I end up feeling like it wasn't worth it. With Know Seafood though it was definitely worth every penny. All the fish arrived ice cold and after thawing absolutely nothing tastes old. Finally I'm able to get quality Haddock way out where I am. Black Cod, Mahi, shrimp all amazing. Great job to this company.
