Arrived at last round shorty after 1am. The doorman said " we don't allow anyone on after 12:30am. Yet he had problem allowing others in that where ahead of us.

They turned me away because they said they did not accept my Canadian ID (despite the fact that 3 of my cousins who traveled with me from Canada were already in there with just their ID). Regardless, i turned around got my passport as instructed & came back about 20 minutes later. By then there was a bit of a lineup & apparently they were at capacity & weren't letting people in, despite telling the young ladies at the front of the line that they would just have to wait for 3 people to leave... i went to the door & advised the doorman that i had come back with my passport, to which he replied "i never told you to do that, now close my door". I was absolutely stunned! My cousin and i were ready to leave when another one of our family members convinced the doorman to let us in... then the doorman proceeded to ask if i had my passport, i replied "yeah, i showed it to you right before you claimed you never told me to go get it"... the rudeness continued until we were inside the bar. Once we got in, we were met with sticky floors & rude bartenders.I've been traveling to New Bedford for almost 20 years & have never been treated so poorly until now. Extremely disappointed. Will never step foot in this place again. Please don't give this place one red cent of your hard earned cash!

Good bar, with surprisingly good food. The wings and pizza are great.
If you want to have a good nightlife experience, take the extra 30 minutes to providence…. It’s well worth it compared to this place ran by racist old men. They refuse to hire a Hispanic DJ, refused any non American people with their proof of age documents access to the bar and we got one drink and left because they asked us for ID 3 different times after Id’ng at bar. Never coming back ever again. It’s unfortunate to have business owners like the guys who run this place representing the city of New Bedford.

Reading other reviews from the experiences this past weekend and last & all I can say is BOYCOTT THIS PLACE AND ITS OWNERS!How do you discriminate against people of color who don’t just carry 2 forms of identification with them at all times? The security guards were antagonizing all of the women!Why is it that everywhere else in the city you just need an ID?I am absolutely DISTURBED by the events that took place this weekend at the last round and I will be calling the BBB!

A certain bartender in particular , Heather . She is apparently Infamous for being last rounds most disrespectful bartender cause everyone I told about my experience all responded " must have been heather " anyway , I ordered A grey goose and pineapple , looking forward to it after waiting about 15 mins in line after a long 16 hour shift I had worked an hour prior .. she makes the drink .. puts it on the counter rudely tells me the price I go in my purse for my debit card not even two seconds later go to hand it to her and I see her dump out my drink and she says " next time have your money out , find another bartender " ma'am if you don't like your job please retire already you are clearly miserable I've never been disrespected like that by a bartender you are the first one .. learn some customer service skills that is what your job entails ..busy night or not I did not have you waiting long , that was unnecessary .
