Went here the other day after not going there for a while and there was a lady here who spoke Spanish and she was very nice. :) food was good service was good. Can't complain.

Workers are always speaking Spanish and don’t even acknowledge you. When I got home and opened the pizza boxes of course one of the pizzas were wrong. There was an employee/manager working with sunglasses on? Not a very professional place at all.Parking: Ascend was booming and so they park in the plaza parking lot making it difficult for people going to pick up pizza
Unfortunately twice in 1 week I ordered deep dish and both times it was raw dough in the middle. After it happened the first time, I made sure to put the bake option to regular the 2nd time I ordered but it still was raw. I'm very disappointed with this since I generally like ordering from them.

What a mess that place is. Hardly any of the employees appear to speak English. I asked for Crazy Bread, I get an order of the "Stuffed" Bread, burnt to an ever loving CRISP! They tried not giving me an extra sauce I paid for. & My pepperoni pizza looked like it hit the floor. The cheese slid almost completely off the pizza. Horrible experience! Never again!

We got 2 pizzas and a cheesy bread. Had to wait over an hour for what they said would be 20 minutes. Got it and the dough on the pizza was still dough-not cooked but then the cheesy bread was over cooked and no flavor. Rude employees also.
