Our breakfast club of 7 went in for breakfast this morning 12/13/25 We were greeted by the owner and he was very engaging,told us of his reason for opening his restaurant. Very nice gentleman and waitress was very accommodating and attentive. The food was excellent, I ( with a sensitive stomach) tasted my husband's Katchupa......yummy!! Definitely recommend this restaurant!!

What a wonderful gem of a spot. Went for breakfast. Food was amazing, and the chef was friendly and engaging. This is definitely now one of our go-to spots for breakfast and lunch in the city. The katxupa was superb, and the chef’s own hot sauce gave it just the right kick, without hiding any of its flavor.

The food was delicious! The chef was very professional and attentive to all his guests, which doesn't happen any more. I truly appreciate this coming from the hospitality industry. I was told by a Cape Verdean family member about the recent opening of this place and had it on my list ever since.
Despite the ordinary sounding name, the cuisine here is a unique blend of Cape Verdean/American breakfast/brunch fusion. Got that? Lol!
I ordered one omelette cachupa and one tuna steak cachupa for my Cape Verdean-born and very picky eating family. They both said their meals were very good and cleaned their plates. Coming from them, that’s pretty high praise. lol!
So, if you’re on the look out for a unique breakfast/brunch spot, give them a shot.

I traveled all the way from Connecticut to Massachusetts just to try it out, and it did not disappoint. The menu is a delightful fusion of African, Brazilian, and American cuisines, offering something truly unique. The flavors were incredible, and every dish was cooked to perfection. If you’re a foodie, this spot is definitely worth the trip!
