Not my first visit here, but unfortunately it was not a great one.

I asked about the *new shake on the menu* and was met with, *“I dunno, it’s a shake.”* That set the tone right away. I decided to skip the shake and ordered my usual two double cheeseburgers, which are normally part of a buy-one-get-one offer. When I asked if the deal was still available, the response was, *“I can’t hear you, speak up.”*

To be fair, this is New Bedford — sirens, traffic, people yelling — it’s loud. But that’s all the more reason your drive-thru team should be trained to handle it professionally.

We waited longer than usual for the food, and when it finally came, the attitude was even worse. The male employee at the window was abrupt and dismissive. To top it off, the burgers were cold, cheese unmelted — the kind of meal you end up reheating at home.

I’m all for giving teenagers jobs, but please, don’t put untrained or disengaged employees as the first point of contact with customers. They should know the menu, be polite, and at least show basic customer service skills.

McDonald’s already has a reputation for inconsistency and overpriced, low-quality service — but it doesn’t have to be that way. Do better.

Wow no Public bathroom, nor seating area. Staff was good and fast but this mcd feels like they don't want people there. But No bathroom!!!!!
