Staff is rude and the manager Maria allows it. Always the excuse of "they are new and can't understand English". That's no excuse for ignorance. This is the worst McDonald's in New Bedford.

Where to begin. We were ignored until we were forced to use the kiosk. I actually needed help so that was my first red flag. Every single order was wrong. When I tried to bring it to her attention she was looking at the screen telling me I was wrong where as it was written on my receipt. Once she finally saw she was wrong she stopped being rude but the damage was done. So unprofessional.

Me and my family went to eat here but we ordered at the drive thru and it was all normal at first but as soon as we got to the window the lady gave us our food and we noticed that we were missing a large fry so we asked and she looked and gave us it straight back and had then said that they were in there even though they were not and she told us to leave. Over all bad mc donalds

This McDonald’s is the worst in the city due to the staff and management. The staff is rude and cruel to even children. They wouldn’t allow a 3 year old child to use the rest room which resulted in him peeing his pants in the middle of the restaurant. Then when asked for napkins so it could be cleaned up the staff including the manager ignored the mother and walked into the back. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other McDonald’s in the city.

After ordering I asked to use the restroom and was told that although there are two restrooms there that neither of them was a “public restroom” and that I’d have to go elsewhere to use the lavatory!!! When I asked why paying customers were not allowed to use the restroom I was told “because of all the drug users” :p If I can’t use the restroom at the restaurant that I’m dining in because of the local addicts then I nor my crews will be taking coffee or lunch at McDonalds or any other restaurant who allows this behavior! My money is better spent elsewhere! And I suggest others do the same
