I went to September 7 to McDonald's got a double fillet fish sandwich I called them they told me to go back I went back again September 8th for my double fillet fish sandwich and once again they messed it up trying to call them three times never pick up this McDonald's used to be really good one of the best one in New Bedford

The manager Laurie is amazing, my order got messed up and I called to make complaint and Laurie went out her way to make sure I got my order right, she deserves a raise, great customer service, caring, great managing and very well maintained women, it's not that often u get great service like that, usually I would of had to walk back to mc donalds to get my order fixed, again thank you Laurie wish there was more women like u in the world ...

Came in for hotcakes and hash browns for my granddaughter and an iced coffee for me. The manager served us right away. She was so polite and patient while I pulled up my rewards app. The food was hot and the coffee was made to perfection.
The entire restaurant was cleaner than any I've ever seen.
The manager is doing a stellar job.
If you want McDonald's....this one is the best in nine counties.

Managers please teach your young cashiers to talk and at least have a smile on their faces. I waited for almost 10 minutes to order a meal inside. Finally a young man approached the cash register and just stared at me with a pout on his face. Never said anything so I was confused. Finally I asked him if he was ready to take my order and just shook his head slightly. Never said thank you either at the end. Good service goes a long way. It's rare to see that these days.
